No instructions given that u have to prelighten before using. Upon writing to customer care, they confirmed you have to pre light and tyen use . Again, no guarantee after pre lightning. My hair is screwed

Good product but you hav to bleach hair to the lightest den only d color comes otherwise nope....i am really happy

Didn't came out as expected even after bleach.

I was excited about the color but when I apply the whole bottle and i let it sit the whole evening but when I wash it with water there was no color at all. Not even the towel I used to clean after dying my hair has a spot on it. Don't go for it.

Beautiful silver grey colour with a tinge of blue!

I don't recommend this colour at all. For me it was a sheer water of money and time. Inspite having bleached my hair, I did not see any shade of blue on my hair. Just ended up damaging my hair nothing else.

FYI, if you have a dark hair and you the colour told or showed on this plz pre lighten your hair 1-2 weeks prior using this product and see the result;believe me you will definitely love the result. But patience is must after all it's you and your hair so don't take any chance.

really bad ,waste of money ,not as expected, I bought two and am really blaming my self why I bought it ,i followed the instructions and I ordered blue steel I expected grey color and put it for 50 mins nothing has changed my hair is the same yellow color ,I want my money back

Do not dilute with conditioner for pastel colours it is already light enough...gorgeous. Great product to turn hair silver if its blonde to start

got red and this one, red was amazing and worked great. This one did not work at all, I believe you have to totally bleach hair for any of the color to show. Stll gave it a 5 star because that was my fault not the product I should have read the directions more clearly and the darker colors that we have gotten have been great.

Not something that I would buy again didn’t work.

Wanted Fairy Blue but it is so popular result in out of stock. Gonna try this color next. This product is easy on and washes out slowly. If you want the color to last longer then wash with baby shampoo. Don't care for the result? Color washes out quickly with a harsh or dandruff shampoo. All I get is compliments.

I used to love manic panic and used it all the time, so of course I bought it when my current job allowed colored hair. The bleach worked great turning my dark brown hair a nice mid range blond. But when it came to the blue steel - NOTHING. I have tried 3 times and it is not even staining my scalp much less my hair. I didn't even wear gloves with the last attempt, and my hands are fine. I had also gotten virgin snow to try, and again it did NOTHING. I am so dissapointed in this product, it used to be so good and easy to use. Now I just wasted money and time.
