Samsung Galaxy S24+ Plus 5G, US Version, 256GB, Amber Yellow - T-Mobile (Renewed)

I've been using the Galaxy S24+ for about 2 weeks and honestly it's been awesome. The screen is super crisp, the phone feels really fast, and the battery lasts way longer than I expected, even with social media, videos, and music throughout the day. The camera takes great pictures with almost no effort, and everything just works smoothly. I was also surprised by some of the AI features—they're actually pretty useful. Overall, I'm really happy with this phone and feel like it's definitely worth the upgrade. No complaints so far!

Solid purchase. Exactly as advertised. Upon arrival... 1. Checked quality - no scratches or blemishes ("Excellent" Condition as advertised) 2. Bypassed login and went straight to IMEI number to check if blacklisted - Clean and Clear. 3. Checked if Unlocked - Clear 4. Move over data via Smart Switch - Took about 1 hr 5. Updates - Flawless download and installation Definitely the right seller (Macalegin Electronics) for my needs. Phone is in perfect working order and unlocked. Battery life is excellent including Fast Charging and Wireless charging. Will update review periodically.

This is the second Samsung "Renewed" I’ve purchased recently, and once again the device I received did not match the listing. This phone was not unlocked and cannot be unlocked. Although it was advertised as a U.S. Version and fully unlocked, the phone showed multiple serious problems right out of the box. The software build was not a standard release version, and the device failed activation on the two carriers I tested, networks that normally work immediately with unlocked Samsung models. After spending hours troubleshooting with Samsung and the original phone carrier, it became clear that the phone’s software configuration and CSC were incorrect, preventing normal updates and blocking activation. The IMEI also could not be validated for use on any network, which made the device unusable as an unlocked model. None of these issues should be present on a properly renewed U.S. version S24+. The phone will never be usable, will never receive updates because of the IMEI status. The listing describes a functional, unlocked phone, but the one I received could not activate, could not update, and could not operate on any carrier. For a premium device, this was a major disappointment, and the product I received did not match the description in critical ways.

Received the Galaxy 24+ in a few days. The phone was in perfect, like new condition. I had it programmed through my phone carrier with no issues. After over 6 weeks of use, it performs with no issues. It processes really fast. The battery life is fantastic. I use it all day and still have well over 65% battery life after heavy use. I have no complaints and would purchase from this seller again. The price is fantastic as well as the phones performance. You will save a ton of money by purchasing directly and not leasing or buying through a phone carrier.

My son has Type 1 Diabetes and has needed a cell phone since he was diagnosed for tracking his glucose monitor and allowing us to track it. He has always used a Samsung, and he needs to have a fairly current model because the apps the monitoring companies use require certain specifications (like most current system updates). When his S20 wouldn't update anymore we upgraded to this and so far it has worked great. The only complaint I have is that the transfer from the old phone to new phone was not as smooth as other phone brands. I have transferred phone data for myself and my kids a LOT of times and every time, the apps and wallpaper and everything transfers, you don't even hardly know you have a new phone. This one only initially uploaded all the "spam" crappy apps from Samsung that you don't want or need, and with his Google account some of the Google stuff did transfer. However, I had to do a lot of toggling back and forth between his old and new phones to get the rest of his apps and data transferred and it was a pain and took way too much time! We also had to re-log in to many apps which I haven't had to do with other phone transfers so yeah. But the battery life on this is great, the camera is really nice, screen is a bit larger (not a ton) than the past models, and operating system is user friendly.

Excellent experience in several ways. The Galaxy S24+ is a delight, a premium phone, at a reasonable price. No obvious flaws either visually or operationally. This is the second refurbished Samsung phone that I purchased from/through Amazon. - The first was an S10+ and that purchase and experience was just as good at the time, sadly now, the S10 is outdated, though it still works perfectly.

Good phome for good price. Out of the box looked brand new. At first I thought it was just S24 phone and not Plus, but I was wrong it is plus. Activated easily online with my provider and all my apps and setting transfer. The wireless charging is a great plus! If you need to upgrade your android phone recommend this phone and seller.

Was iffy about buying a refurbished phone but this is excellent. Battery is great, the phone had no external visible damage and was practically new.

Tiene una lineadelgada de pixeles "muertos" ya inicié proceso de devolución, se programo la paqueteria para pasar por el artículo desde el dia 23 de Junio y aún estoy en espera de que reprogramen fecha de recolección

Mejora el comentario para lograr un impacto en el vendedor y los futuros compradores: El telefono esta en buen estado y funcionando al 100%, la verdad me dio un poco de desconfianza por los comentarios que hay sobre el vendedor que dicen que les llegaban otros productos y no el telefono, sin embargo, a mi si me llego el telefono pero no en el color Cobalto Violeta que yo pedi, me llego en color marmol que esta a la venta por el mismo vendedor 1000 pesos mas economico que el color cobalto violeta que yo solicité, no he encontrado el lugar correcto para hablar al respecto con el vendedor, ya que considero justo que se me reembolsen los 1000 pesos o que me cambien el producto por el color que yo originalmente pedi, no es la primera vez que esto sucede, ya que hay mas comentarios de experiencias similiares. Lamentablemente, confirmo que a mí me pasó algo similar: pedí el color Cobalto Violeta y me llegó Mármol, un color que el mismo vendedor tiene publicado $1,000 pesos más económico. No es un error menor ni un tema de "me tocó otro color": es una diferencia de precio real, y no he encontrado ningún canal para contactar al vendedor y resolverlo. Lo justo sería que me reembolsaran esos $1,000 pesos o que me enviaran el color que originalmente pedí y pagué. Viendo que hay más compradores con quejas parecidas, esto ya no parece un descuido aislado, sino un patrón. Es una lástima, porque el producto en sí es bueno — pero si el vendedor no envía lo que se ofrece y no da la cara para corregirlo, es un riesgo real para quien compre después. Recomendación para futuros compradores: verifiquen bien el color/variante recibido contra lo que pagaron, y guarden capturas de su pedido por si necesitan reclamar.
