Fantastic product. My lab goes bonkers over it. And never has he had any of the issues people keep chipping in about - loosies, upset tummy blah blah.. I suppose its a case of 'different strokes for different folks'. HOWEVER What I do have an issue with is Royal Canin's pricing strategy. Same time last year the damn bag cost 1320. One year later it's 1670? A 25% hike in a year? Maybe Royal Canin measures inflation based on the unemployment rate at it's French headquarters. Or maybe it calculates its hikes based on the %age of France that is on strike... I don't know! But what I do know is that if they keep hiking the prices so arbitrarily, the only winner will be the other brands. Much as I love my dog, the good news is he is a hardcore lab and will eat anything under the sun. Considering that I end up buying 3 bags a month, paying this 25% premium for RC is decidedly beginning to look like money that I should rather spend on buying meat from the butchers instead.

The entire packet is crawling with worms… we risked the life of our lab feeding him this food without checking. would recommend everyone not to order!

Definitely my lil boy’s favourite go to food , but I have noticed that shedding has been accelerated after feeding this, which I believe is a common side effect for most store bought pet food that surely can’t replace home cooked meals.Way better and safer than any other brand available in your local store.

IT'S MOST IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT DIET FOR YOUR BUDDIES AS THEY EAT ANYTHING YOU OFFER THEM WITHOUT HESITATING AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHICH TO EAT OR WHICH NOT TO EAT AS THEY BELIEVE IN YOU. SO PREFER THE CORRECT DIET FOR YOUR LOVED ONES AS I BELIEVE IN THIS DIET

Our Labrador lives on this Royal Canin kibble diet and we weigh it out for each meal twice a day. Keeps his weight stable and he is now 6 years old and always very fit and healthy. Stomach is perfect with regular formed motions and a wonderful heathy shiny coat. We started using this when he was a puppy as he had a sensitive stomach giving him diarrhoea for even the other main premium make dog foods we all know well. Our Labrador is a 'failed' Airport Customs food and drug detector dog who we have looked after from 12 weeks old and had him when we lived in Melbourne. He failed his exams when he was 12 months as he was too laid back and too quiet to continue as a successful Customs working dog so of course this made the perfect pet and best friend! We all cried with joy when we were finally allowed to buy him after he failed 5 times. His weight is always 32 kg and he keeps excellent health, even though we live in extreme climate of Iceland now. We receive this 12 kg bag via Amazon Prime and it is still the best deal around for the best food in our opinion and we love the results. Our black Labrador only eats Royal Canin and then 3-4 times a week he enjoys a raw hide bone for his teeth and fun. No snacks or other food at all. He is now 6 years old. Highly recommended by us and was used by Customs for their working dogs as it is also a good food for weight control.
