The item is a good price and arrived on time.The instructions were unclear and not always accurate.Some parts would not fit as expected. Some parts are missing.I got an email from a woman asking how I liked it. I replied a week ago and have heard nothing back.I am very disappointed and would rate this zero if possible.Do not buy.Revision to my reviewI am now changing my review to a 5 Star.A representative contacted me and after extensive discussions and substantial assistance in assembly I am happy to report that I am 100% satisfied.This is a reputable company and I would not hesitiate to do business with them again.I totally recommend this product and company.

Rowing machine works great, slightly difficult to assemble. Probably about an hour+ to assemble.

I love this machine!! I am sweating within minutes!! It’s great for a beginner and intermediate!! It works every muscle in the body, which I love even more!! It is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to work different weights for every muscle in the body!! It gets your cardiovascular system initiated, and most of all, helps the weight loss!! I love how it could stand up and get out of the way when we need it to be out-of-the-way!!

This works great for what we need it for at a good price. The "features" screen died in two days. Faulty wiring. I know how to solder so I could fix it. Cheap chinese manufacturing, but the exercise part works well. It's a good home machine for light, intense, workout. There is a YouTube video for building it. Easy peasy.
