Very good size for my floor exercises and plyometrics. I add a smaller padded mat on top during my barefoot dance workouts and it works fantastic as a padded base. It allows for good protection of my joints during heavy weight workouts as well.

For my movesmethod flexibility program it takes the pain and pressure off my joints so thick and soft ..LOVE IT thank you...!

This yoga mat arrived quickly and well packaged. In the box you will find the yoga mat, a storage bag, 2 straps to help secure it when rolled up, and a microfiber towel. The mat does open up quite large at 75” x 52” and it is 1/3 inch thick. Now I thought I was getting the 1/2 inch thick mat, so I would definitely recommend the listing be updated to reflect the accurate thickness based on selection, but the mat itself still works for the intended use. Straight out of the box it does lay relatively flat. I like how it has the different textures on each side; honeycomb style goes up, and the waves go down to help with grip on the floor. The mat does in fact stay put well especially when compared to other yoga mats we have had over the years. It did have a faint smell when first opened but it aired out relatively quickly and I can no longer detect it. The material is very much durable and it cushions and absorbs impact well. It has been useful for my mini at home gym and workout routines, my fiancée and daughter have used it for yoga and gymnastics, and it has even made a great barrier on the basement floor for an air mattress. It rolls up relatively easily and the included straps work well to secure it prior to putting it in the storage bag. The bag does have a strap so you can carry it but I will say that even being a bigger guy, this thing is pretty bulky and not something I would be hauling around for a casual yoga class. The price point for this is comparable to other similar products, being a little bit cheaper for size and thickness. Overall, this is a nice extra large yoga mat that can be used in a variety of different ways, and is portable and easy to clean. Would recommend.

Love. This. Mat.This is a really large yoga and pilates mat. No more worrying about where you are on the mat, trying to stay on a narrow mat when you're changing positions, having to move the phone you're watching for your workout program, etc.This is also nice and thick (I ordered the 1/2" thickness), so it has enough cushion, yet it's not super heavy, especially for a mat this big. It also comes with two bands for strapping around the ends, and a generously sized carrying bag, with a drawstring closure and carrying strap, as well as a towel, assumedly for wiping down the mat (outside use?).I'm the furthest thing from a gym rat, the gyms here are crowded and I'm just not a fan. I've opted to set up my own home gym in our basement, and this is perfect for my space, for a nice big workout area.I definitely recommend this as a five-star find.

This mat is oversized, so when you're stretching or doing certain yoga poses you don't have to worry about not being fully on the mat. It's about 2x the width, so its also good if a mommy and me class with your little one. This is good as it is thicker and provides extra cushion- perfect if you're on a hard or dirty floor like in a garage. Like all yoga mats, when you first unroll it, the edges want to curl up, but rolling it the opposite for a minute is a quick fix. Even rolled up in the bag it's pretty awkward to carry, so you probably won't want to be taking this to most yoga classes.

This is a nicely-cushioned large yoga mat. Even the 1/3" thickness is thicker than many other yoga mats. I found it quite nonslip in bare feet, even when I got sweaty. It did have a slight odor at first but that quickly resolved, and it lay reasonably flat even right out of the box. It's not quite as big as the highly-photoshopped splash photo (with the miniature people) would have you believe, but it will work well as a home yoga mat for very tall people. However, you will not make any friends by bringing this mat to a small studio for class, as it does tale up a fair bit of real estate. It includes a very generously-sized carry bag (almost awkwardly large), a pair of elastic keeper straps and a microfiber wiping towel. I would not recommend this mat for high-impact jumping exercise, but for low-impact exercise it's very good. I do think it is overpriced at $60.
