I've used these for a good amount of time now, and I love them!! I will preface by saying I am not an audiophile; I don't have the knowledge or standards of people who review different kinds of audio equipment. That being said, they're still far better quality than anything I've owned before. The design is sleek, adorable and comfortable. I like the material of the ear padding, it's soft and breathable without sacrificing audio quality. The decorative lights are pretty vibrant too, but not excessively bright. They feel like part of the design instead of like, ear-shaped headlights. Sounds quality is very good- by my standards at least. You will inevitably lose SOME audio quality with any Bluetooth headset, so keep that in mind. I'm sure the wired variant is better in the sound quality category, but that doesn't mean this isn't a great product. I've noticed other reviews say that they've had assorted issues with the product itself, but I fortunately haven't run into any. Overall, solid product, super cute, great sound quality (by my average user standards) and comfortable to wear.

Good quality sound and very comfy. These are very cute and my girlfriend loves them. The Bluetooth connectivity is good although if you're trying to talk on discord and play it'll like cut the game sound out. This can be fixed by just plugging it in directly instead of using Bluetooth. I like how the mics are small and out of the way.

I have had these headphones for 2 years and boy I wish I didn't. I got them because I wanted a wireless pair for gaming and these are cute HELLO FRIGGIN KITTY and match the keyboard I had just bought and did I mention HELLO FRIGGIN KITTY? and MAN i not have let the devil tempt me because i have owned several headphones over the years and these are easily the worst. First of all they were broken out of the box so that probably should have been my first clue. The left RGB is always slightly yellow for some reason so every color it becomes is slightly piss tinted. I did contact Razer customer service at the time and I dont totally remember how it went down other than it was a complete pain in the A and I have been stuck rocking the piss RGB on my left ear ever since Second of all the audio quality is like, fine, if you want something cute to wear while you play a game and don't care a whole lot about whether or not it sounds great. Which was me originally, I get it, I respect it, its hello friggin kitty dude. I have heard worse for sure, but they do sound the worst out of every pair of headphones I currently own (4 pairs) and I would not recommend these for the time honored task of listening to music as they do sound reminiscent of a tin can. In fact I may recommend tin cans OVER these headphones because at least the tin cans would STAY CONNECTED! YEAH! THAT'S RIGHT! THESE DON'T STAY CONNECTED FOR ANYTHING! I'll just be sitting there, minding my own business, hacking and slashing my way through Bayonetta for the billionteenth time or whatever it is I do all day, and these FREAKING HEADPHONES will just! Stop! No sound! Poof! No noise! Not even disconnected from the computer or anything, just refusing to play anything at all regardless. And right in the middle of Fly Me To the Moon at that! Which is rude for anyone to do of course but for the kinda tinny headphones with the one broken piss yellow RBG?!? I think not! I MIGHT be willing to forgive them if they had been cheap headphones from the dollar store, but alas! They were not! And as such these crimes are UNFORGIVEABLE! Now, you may be wondering, "Reviewer, you bought these so long ago, why wait until now to write such a scathing review?" Well, reader, I replaced these with a different pair of headphones for quite some time. But just today, I found myself in something of a pinch and was forced to use these headphones again. I didn't think it would be quite so bad and I was wrong. Not only did nothing play through them from the very start, but I was met with error message after error message regarding supposed compatibility issues with my system and the audio files I was trying to play. I disconnected the Razers and tried literally every other piece of audio equipment available to me in the house and whaddaya know! Every single one EXCEPT the Razers worked as intended!!! And thus I am here, in the reviews, desperately trying to warn others against my mistakes. Do not be tempted by the appeal of the cute Hello Kitty headphones. I have not had a problem with any of my other Razer products- I have had a Naga Trinity mouse for YEARS with no issues and the keyboard from this same collab works without issues. I've even got the pink Razer headphone stand and the charging stand for my controller. I'm familiar with the brand and have had no issues with them. But these headphones? THE WORST. Overpriced. Poor connection. Straight up don't work after 2 years. No durability. Whatever other words will click in the ai written overview thing. These SUCK. These headphones suck and their crimes are unforgiveable. They will be forced to reckon with this on judgement day. 0 Labubus out of 10

My son loves these headphones and they are the cutest! The light up ears are the best! Good sound quality and good battery life.

I’ve heard other people have issues with razor and specifically the Bluetooth mics due to the lack of an external microphone, the quality isn’t terrible and the app is an amazing touch to control the lights, auto output and bass, however without much rescearch I bought these for my ps5 which I found out afterwards that THEY DONT CONNECT to, so be very careful when researching and be mindful if you want a quality mic these aren’t for you!

It’s cute! Does not bug my ears and very comfortable. My only complaint is the mic.. I get told during call the mic breaks or my voice is too soft and quiet.

I absolutely love these headphones. The sound it nice. The color is pretty. They're pretty durable. The material feels good on your ears. The charging cord is extremely short. The only issues I have is that they slide off really easily if you are doing something like cleaning or something that involves moving. Even bending over can send these right to the floor if you're not careful. The light modes work great and the app doesn't really have issues connecting to them either so that's a plus.

These headphones are great. Bluetooth only. Please note that it’s not compatible with the PS5 and perhaps the Xbox but works greats with my SteamDeck and my phone. Sound quality is great, mic quality is decent and of course it’s super cute. It’s a bit heavy on the head and hard to find a compatible carrying case. The Razer app is a plus, you can control audio mixer and light with it

Mic is a tad bit weird but I am mainly using it for the audio which is a 10/10 Its super cute and comfortable and theres a 2 year warranty incase you dislike it! For me it came fully charged so I was able to use it straight away. Amazing for its price.

As an avid Hello Kitty lover, I was SO excited to finally be able to buy these headphones. Connected them to my PC and straight away was having horrible sound quality issues with Spotify and games - no bass boost, kept cutting out and sounding very choppy, would even stop playing sound at times. Overall just VERY poor quality sound. Tried numerous attempts to try and fix, connecting and disconnecting multiple times, adjusting settings in Windows and advanced sound settings - nothing worked. Pretty much just gave up in the end after becoming frustrated - Synapse wouldn't even pick them up despite even registering the product on their website. I'm very sad in the quality as I absolutely ADORE the design of the headphones. Sadly just not worth the money for PC!

Son preciosos! Venían bien embalados y han funcionado al 100%. Descargando la app de "audio" se pueden ecualizar a la perfección y a gusto de cada quien. Me gusta el color, la iluminación de las orejas puede cambiarse, tanto el color como la forma de alumbrar, puede ser luz tenue e intensa. Traen micrófono integrado. Son cómodos. Excelente compra por un super precio.
