I made the mistake if ordering for the wrong vacuum. I have a freo ultra and the roller/brush didn't fit. But again my mistake. But other parts for fine

Wrong filters.
Everything was in the package. Everything fit great except the four filters that were sent were not the right ones and trying to find help just to replace the filters was impossible. So if you're going to buy this package, everything works great for the product except the filters. They are too long and too thin. It's hard to find just the filters for my the narwhal

Better than expected.
I thought these replacement items may be of less quality than the original parts that came with our machine. I was wrong. As far as I can tell, they are identical to the original equipment. AND … they are extremely easy to install.
