Damaged hot and cool attachment
I can't seem to contact the seller via the app. I received the item a month ago and the massage gun works generally except for the heat and cool attachment which worked once or twice but not since then and I think it came damaged. I want to know how the damaged part can be replaced but no luck in contacting seller

the machine works intermittently and no heating function
I bought SHARPER IMAGE Powerboost Pro Plus Hot and Cold Massager - Black last month. Unfortunately, the heating function was not working. I replaced it with the same. The replacement has no heating function to, and it works intermittently. thence my rating.

My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. He told me today that he and his wife both love the device and the heat, cold, and massage functions. In fact they demonstrated it for several people from their church and four of them took out their phones and placed orders for the device. He is ecstatic at the way it eases pain.
