It's a great mini washing machine. It works flawlessly, and at this price point. Totally worth it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

It is good for washing small cloths like inner wears, light T-shirts, light pants, tops, skirts, shocks etc. Tried washing a medium size jacket and it struggled. In one load, tried with 1 long pants, 1 T-shirts, 2 under wear, 2 baniyan and 2 pair of shocks and it worked well. Wish the motor was at least 400 to 500 watt power. It is light and portable and precisely bought it for it's portability, otherwise add ₹1000/- more and you get a full size semi automatic washing machine of good quality. It is plastic build, how long it will last time will tell. Primary reason I bought was for washing delicate / light / inner wears cloths, for that it seems ok. Overall it is acceptable, but too costly and at this price the rated motor power should have been at least 450 watt.

The DMR washing machine product is not good. The quality is very low and the price is too high. It does not clean the clothes properly. The washing performance is very poor. Waste of money and time.

I have recently acquired a remarkable washing machine that has captured my heart. It is an absolute delight, although it requires a slight adjustment in usage. In order to ensure its optimal performance, the manual has refrained from running it consecutively more than two times, allowing a one-hour break between each cycle. Adhering to this precaution, I have been operating it with utmost care, and the results are truly remarkable. Moreover, I have my very own washing machine in my room, which allows me to launder my personal garments, a convenience that brings me great satisfaction. The joy of this purchase extends beyond my own delight, as even my dear mother has taken a liking to it. She has kindly expressed her intention to delegate the occasional laundry duty to me whenever she feels disinclined to wash her own clothes. Such a gesture from her warms my heart and deepens my appreciation for this washing machine. It is worth mentioning that the machine's small and compact design greatly appeals to me. Its unobtrusive presence in my living space adds a touch of elegance while efficiently fulfilling its purpose. My only hope is that it remains in perfect working order, ensuring continued convenience and satisfaction.

I ordered this washing machine twice in June and paid online both times, as Cash on Delivery wasn’t available. Both times, the order was shipped to Bangalore, but before it could be delivered, the status changed to “Product unavailable” and it was returned to the seller. Even though customer support assured me both times that I’d receive the washing machine, the orders got canceled, and I had to wait for refunds. It was very disappointing. Finally, on the third attempt, I created a new Amazon account and ordered it with Cash on Delivery. That’s when the washing machine was successfully delivered on 1st July — after weeks of delay. Now about the machine itself — it works really well: You can wash , 3 trousers, 3 t-shirts, 2 scarves , 2 innerwear at a time. However, the motor heats up after 2 continuous washes, so it’s not ideal for daily use. I recommend using it once a week or every 3–4 days for best performance. It’s a good investment overall, but please be very careful while ordering. Amazon did apologize for the trouble and offered me a ₹100 token on my old account.

I bought the pink machine from the seller LaksHMI Electronics for Rs 3499 since that was the only machine available at my pincode. It took about 1 week for the machine to get delivered. The packaging is completely from DMR. Strangely I didn't see a mention of Amazon anywhere. Not even the signature amazon cellotape. Delivery services were good. As I live in a remote part of India, I was pleasantly surprised that they could deliver it. Packaging was very sturdy. I did not expect such good packaging. The corners were secured very properly with cardboard. However, the sides were covered only with a sheet. The package I recieved had got torn slightly at the sides. So a suggestion for seller is to reinforce the sides of the box as well. The bill attached has the cost of machine at Rs 2600..13.5% vat was added separately and a mention of rs. 450 was there as packaging charges which totalled to 3499 INR. So if you are taking rs 450 as packaging charges..up your game a bit. Coming to the performance of washing machine. The inlet pipe will need some sort of adapter to fit in the tap. So i used a jug to fill it. The dials designed needs to be changed as the dials are really hard to rotate. There is no pump system for drain. You simply put the drain pipe down to drain and attach it again to machine when you have to retain water. Pretty simple. I washed 6 clothes at one time. The machine washes wonderfully. It has to be the best thing I have bought from Amazon. It is as good as a semi automatic machine. However, it does get heated up in 45 minutes maximum and then you have to keep it off till the motor cools down. It washes perfectly. It is ideal for single people with limited washing load and storage space. The added advantage is it looks really nice as well. It is almost of a size of a bucket. The palstic quality though is quite cheap. So i assume one has to handle the machine with utmost care. Coming to dryer performance, it is total waste of time.it does nothing. It is better to wring clothes by hands. It can dry only two clothes at a time and that too very poorly. So i would rather not use this attachment again. Also while spinning there is a strong plastic smell that comes..which is very uncomfortable. I guess it is because of dryer tub material. All in all a must have product if you live alone, have alight washing load and most importantly space problem. It can be moved around very easily as it is light weight. So after washing clothes in the washroom, you can put it anywhere in your room. Very happy with the product!

It’s perfect in size and very light weight too.. i loved it because i felt the wash was strong enough and the clothes looked fresh.. very convenient to use as said by others I thought dryer would not work that well but i found it to be better than what everyone said in reviews! The noise is okay but if you are using it in separate room then the noise doesn’t disturb you very much
