10/7/24 - UPDATEThis is a followup. I inadvertently proved to myself once again that this works. I keep my device close to an open vent to radiate into the wall spaces. I needed to use the outlet and accidentally unplugged the device and not knowing I didn't return to plug it back. We'll, guess what? They returned with a vengeance, noise and all. As the directions state, there is increased activity initially and then they leave. Well that takes days - not hours, maybe a week or more. It was unplugged for about 3 or 4 days. Hope this is a lesson for others.Look, I didn't have much faith in it working. But when your world is seemingly being controlled by rats, you will try anything that seems possible. Picture this.Back last summer I notice a mouse out the corner of my eye. I thought I was seeing things. Then I would hear rustling noises and see shredded stuff. I didn't know what was happening. My air mattress sat on the floor. Well eventually I figured something was going on under my bed but I was too nervous to lift it up. I had 2 friends lift up my mattress and there were 10 babies and the momma nesting under my bed. So we all went to work purging and plugging holes. We trapped many.Then we no longer saw any mice. Thought we were in the clear. Well we weren't. I saw a rat in the kitchen. So the rats moved in and ran the mice out. I called in Pest control. I definitely can't do rats.The worst was yet to come because the rats were in the wall spaces. They were not running in the house proper, but they would come into the walls making rat noises and began to make me sick. I stopped staying in my house. I had to pray seriously for God to save me from the nightmare scenario. I bought 3 different ultrasonic devices. I read the reviews carefully. I only bought the highest rated.Finally, what makes this device work is the varying levels, 360 degrees, and consistency. It took about 2 weeks for the rodents to leave. I will leave this on at all times. You should too!!!

This did not work for us. We typically find 1 mouse per month in our cabin, using the small outlet mount repellers. After pluging this one in, and still using our outlet mount units, we had 5! mice in 1 month. 3 of them within 6-8' of this mouse non-repeller. They were caught in our traps.If you want a mouse caller, use this, otherwise find something else. terrible product

I bought this due to a few rats in the basement and thought that chasing away spiders would be a nice plus as I also had lots of big spiders there. After 6 weeks of use, no sign of rats, and the spider population is much reduced.

I was skeptical when I purchased this but was dealing with a lot of spiders, crickets and mice in my basement family room. Since placing the device in the basement I have not had any bugs! As cold weather approaches, I am eager to see of it keeps mice at bay.

It works ! We plugged it in and haven’t seen any evidence of a mouse anymore. Using it between dining room and living room..

Has been in the garage for 3 weeks.Set up per instructions. Tonight I set traps because I saw mouse droppings on the work bench. Got 3 within a few hours. Reset them and got 2 more so far. Traps are within 3 feet of the device. It’s not repeling mice as advertised.

I put it in my attic and after 2 months, there are no signs of rats... deck below ac was clean? I will give an update! So far so far - good!

Haven't seen or caught any mice since we put it in our home. Left out traps but haven't caught any.They only issue i have is that I hear beeps in my hearing aids when I walk near it. It's not bad. But my aids are a couple years old.
