Had this on my travels in India and it really works! It’s effective against cold seasonal ailments. Very soothing on the throat and sinuses, plus it’s not overly sweet. Quite a well balanced, comforting drink. Just dissolve the crystals in a cup of hot water and slowly sip.

A tea-like hot beverage that has cozy spices for a delicious and relaxing moment. The immunity boost is perfect to use to stay healthy or to feel better faster when you're sick. It is good that it's natural.

I took a bit of a chance ordering these and I'm pleasantly surprised. With some honey the tea is delicious. (See bottom of review for 'translated' ingredients) My review is mostly for us white folk who are not so knowledgeable about other cultures, specifically in regards to home cold remedies haha. (This is Indian, Ayurveda is in short terms herbal medicine, kaadha is an immune boosting drink) I have a bit of anxiety these days about pandemics and it appears we might be on the cusp of another one (bird flu) so I was googling some light research on home remedies bc if it all tanks, going to a hospital won't be as accessible as it should be. All this is to say that in my internet search there were a few research paper results showing symptom improvement with the use of these herbs and such. Note: I DO believe in vaccines, in modern medicine, and get my covid booster every 6 months, I endorse this product with that knowledge and use it just like any other over the counter cold remedy. I make my own sick tea that's basically just drinkable vitamin c, and ayurvedics were one thing listed online, so looking at them, this product is basically the same idea. Equally as delicious, feels nice on a sore throat and i enjoy the opportunity to learn something new about a culture that connects with my interests (tea, herbs, and gardening!) The ingredients: (I'm gonna try and find the common English name for them) Dhanyaka = coriander/cilantro Maricha = black pepper Vasa = Malabar nut Shvetajiraka = cumin Kantakari = yellow berry Nightshade Shunthi = ginger Bharangi = no English name Pippali = long pepper Kulanjana = greater galangal Daruharidra = Indian barberry Tulasi = holy basil Bhutrin = lemon grass Yavani = ajwain/ajowan caraway Yashti = licorice Sharkara = sugar Madhu = sweet/honey (?) Hope this helps someone and to support this product!
