its great. feels solid
I took a star off because its a bit hard to install these. I guess I was not aware that we needed to screw in rubber stoppers with a screwdriver on the door frame and then attach this bar over those stoppers to get its full benefit. I had to put the screws in and remove them a couple of times because I did not get the height off the ground right the first couple of times. Once installed, its great. feels solid, bar is strong and doesn't bend move. I am 90 kg and the installed bar can support my weight, although its not for me, its for my 20 Kg son who has an awesome time swinging on the bar and pretending he is Spider-Man. I think he has gained an inch in height as well!!

Tips for fixing this product and supply review
I like the concept of the product, however I have given 2 stars coz the package came without the screws and the washers for fitment so I have to source those from local hardware for fitment. While the concept is nice, if someone says it is easy to install then that's not right, it has 2 brackets and each of this needs 4 screws to securely fix on to the wooden door frame or wall space. This Gym bar can be fixed on walls or door frames which is anywhere between 64 to 100 Cms apart. This means though it is DIY still you need to have drill machine , wooden or PVC plugs that need to go into the holes made on the door frames or walls for fixing the brackets with the screws - indeed a professional fitment procedure for average home makers. The circular brackets that need to be fixed on the door frame / wall can be found as loose parts in the supply and each bracket has 4 nos of holes for the screw fitment. Place the flat side of the bracket on to the wall/ door frame with the curve pointing to you and screw all the 4 holes. The brackets need to be fixed in line and level facing each other on the inner sides of the door frame/ wall space. Both ends of the Gym bar you can find fixed brackets with a rubber washer assembled in it ( rubber washers are loose and can be removed). Try turning the ends of the Gym bar by twisting the bracket holding at the center of the Gym Bar. If it didn't turn try twisting in the opposite direction. The inside bar unscrews on the threads of the outside bar to extend to the outside. One side needs to be turned in opposite direction to that of the other so that each side extends out. Each end of the bar extends out as much as you turn it. Please turn both sides to have an equal extension to both sides from the central screw ( this screw can be spotted on the body of the bar). Keep tuning the ends so that the rubber packaging goes inside into the door frame/wall mounted brackets and jams against it, tighten it further to properly jam so that it is secured. The circular brackets fixed on the sides of the bar are slightly smaller in diameter than the ones you have fixed on the walls so it goes inside of the door frame/wall mounted ones to jam 'into it' and as you tighten it it gets secured inside these brackets and it does not come out. So you have to tighten very much on both sides so that the bracket fixed on the rod completely gets into the mounted brackets and the mounted bracket curvature covers in complete the brackets at the end of the Gym bar. This is essential so the Gym bar does not slip out of the bracket fixed on the door-frame/ wall . The entire load falls on the bottom part of the bracket fixed on the wall exerted by the brackets on the end of the rod. Hope this clear. While this fitment is ok for chin-ups and pull ups I don't recommend this for somersaults to be performed on these bars, as I don't think it is secure enough to perform somersaults as a matter of fact this applies to any rods in this category. Also pls fix all the 4 screws for the bracket on each side the central one and other 3 around it.

Pretty good bar
Hasnt fallen off or gotten loose in over one year of use. Pretty good quality. Does what its intended to do. Dont try to take it off or loosen after it has been fixed at one position. That will loosen the rubber grips.

Does its job but description needs correction
Does only support upto 100 kgs. Rod fitting is easy with a drill though one wishes there was an extra screw in case of problems. Rod bends after fitting a bit due to extensible arms though feels sturdy enough.

Useless purchase
It doesn't properly fit into the doorway for exercise purpose. Even if you try it doesn't hold your weight and starts sliding down

Good
Very useful for people who exercise at home. The product is strong enough to hold 75 to 80kgs, but the extending rods have black stains.
