What certifications and standards do you follow? How can we be sure it's pure and real?

Ossoro flavours are FSSAI licensed, Halal certified, and manufactured in an FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, and HACCP compliant facility. Each batch is tested for quality and consistency to ensure you get flavour that’s safe, authentic and true to its label.

Do you make custom flavours?

Yes, we do. Ossoro works closely with bakeries, restaurants & brands to develop custom flavours tailored to their recipes & production needs. From replicating signature profiles to creating something entirely new, our flavourists can do it for you.

How do I test or smell the aroma of my flavour?

Our flavours are exquisitely concentrated, so simply inhaling from the bottle won’t do justice to their aroma. For the perfect olfactory experience, add just a drop or two to 150ml of water or milk and indulge in the true essence of the flavour.

What is the right dose to use for this flavour?

Due to the high concentration of our products, a few drops is enough in most cases! Refer the dosing suggestion on the bottle as it is unique to each flavour. Dosing can also vary based on application. Beware of overdosing, always dose incrementally.

Not a single note of vanilla

This actually smells and tastes like a rotting coconut. Literally can’t be used for anything because it doesn’t have a hint of vanilla. Completely messed up so many of my recipes. The best thing I’ve done with this crap is pouring it down the drain. Also the bottle says that you should shake it before using but if do, it traps some of it somewhere in the cap so when you open it, it starts spilling out. Please do not buy!

Leaking bottle, even with it sealed???

This bottle arrived with leaks, even though the bottle was sealed. I'm not going to use a food product that has product outside of the sealed container. It is a no return and no refund item. Buyer beware.
