The incorrect depth measurement.
The depth measurement on this item is incorrect, according to the website the depth is 7 inches or 170mm. Every inch is 254 mm, if you divide 170 by 254 the equals to 6.7 inches. I needed the depth of this item to be exactly 7 inches. Please correct the depth measurement on this website. Thank you

Bent corners
I have ordered this item two times trying to get a piece that is not dented on the bottom corners. Very frustrated as it’s delaying my kitchen remodel. The product itself is very good and matches the quality of my original shorter vent. They just need to figure out a way to ship it or protect it in the box so it doesn’t come bent/damaged.
