Dear Glen Customer Support Team,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing and dangerous product defect. I recently purchased a Glen Infrared Stove (Invoice/Order ID: [Insert ID]), expecting the high quality and reliability your brand promises.Shockingly, the top glass of the stove completely cracked after only two days of normal, standard use. I am deeply concerned because a cooking appliance should never fail this rapidly under normal thermal conditions. The structural failure of the glass is not only a major functional issue but also a severe safety hazard for my household, exposing us to potential electrical or fire risks.Given that the stove is brand new, this is a clear case of a manufacturing defect or sub-standard materials. The product is fully covered under your manufacturer's warranty. Therefore, I request that your team takes immediate corrective action. I expect either a complete replacement of the stove with a brand-new unit or a full refund of the purchase price.I have attached copies of my purchase invoice, warranty card, and clear photographs showing the cracked glass surface as evidence of the damage. Please arrange for an authorized technician to inspect the appliance or initiate the return and replacement process immediately. I expect a prompt response to this email within 24 to 48 hours confirming how Glen intends to resolve this issue. If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will be forced to escalate it to the consumer forum.

You have to keep the top open whole putting back the juicer together for juicing else it won't latch only. The mechanism is that way. This would be confusing if you kept the top lid locked and tried to put back the juicer unit. Other than this it's easy to clean good sturdy juicer.

Good, sturdy product. Easy to clean and maintain. It is still very new and I haven't worked it for long, so I cannot comment on the long term functionality. Yet it worked perfectly for the times that I used it. The grinding was fast and to requirement. The size is also very comfortable. It doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter. Although the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality of the product makes it worthwhile. The only surprising bit was that it was delivered without any extra packaging with only the basic product box. Glad it arrived safely without damage.

Good sturdy & low noise product. Lid fits & seals well. Recommended

After wash it starts leak as blend time
