I bought this for myself before I had my son. I didn’t even need everything in it, but it was a great purchase just to have all of this on hand. The undies were very comfortable and the ice packs were one of the best parts about the box. The spray bottle is much better than the ones that you get in the hospital because it has an angle, which is very helpful for cleaning yourself after you have your baby. I would definitely buy this box again if I needed to.

I gave this as a postpartum gift to my friend, and she absolutely loved it! She said this is so much better than the hospital stuff! The cooling pads are instant relief and the cooling liners are so much better than the circular tucks pads. Peri bottle is super quality with a nice gentle spray.

I absolutely loved this postpartum kit. I just recently gave birth to my son and bought this kit to help ease my pain and it definitely did that! The cold pads are the perfect size covering the whole area. The herbal spray felt amazing as it really cools and soothes your lady parts and is a great essential to have. The Postpartum Recovery Essential Kit by mommy first was a blessing and I am so glad I bought them. All the products in this kit played a crucial role in the healing process,especially during the first week of postpartum after having a difficult child birth including an extensive episiotomy. The ice pads in the kit were a game changer, they provided instant cooling for almost an hour, offering way more relief than the ones from the hospital. Using the Perineal Care foam has really sped up my healing, and the disposable underwear were very comfortable.Individually wrapped products helped me organize my hospital bags efficiently. Everything in this kit is exactly what you need after giving birth, and this kit did help me take care of my new born baby while focusing on my own recovery.

Underwear would ripe off when removing pads. The Ice Pads were very nice relief and comfort, peri bottle was superb! basically a portable bidet.

This kit was a lifesaver during my postpartum recovery. I used this kit and it was one of the first things I purchased this pregnancy. It has every essential piece you would need, I actually preferred these products over what I received at the hospital. My only suggestion is that the kit only includes 4 undies and 4 cooling pads, so I had to purchase additional under wears and cooling pads which they separately sell, but I would still highly recommend it to anyone seeking postpartum comfort. My wife and I was pleasantly surprised by how much she loved this postpartum kit! The items in here are way better than what I received at the hospital. The peri bottle is easier to use, and the instant cooling pads provided much-needed relief that the hospital ones just didn’t compare to.
