Must have for post partum! They really helped with the pain and werenโt too hard/scratchy. Cooled very well and absorbed pretty decent too!

Absolute Must-Have for Postpartum Recovery!
These pads were a total game-changer after delivery! The instant cooling effect provided immediate relief from soreness and swelling, and the absorbency was just right. Super easy to activate and so comfortable to wear โ not bulky at all. I felt so much better using these, especially during the first few days postpartum. They stayed in place well and offered both comfort and cleanliness in one. Highly recommend to all new moms โ worth every penny!

These are my preferred ice packs for PP. I tried the FridaMom ones and felt like I was sloshing every-time I moved because of the fluid in the pack. With these they get cold and offer relief without being uncomfortable. Theyโre the same size as the pads given to me Post-birth from the hospital. Perfect size as a maternity ice pack, covers all the area that could be sore. The pack also got cool without getting too cold and offered relief. Works really well, in my opinion. Plus, itโs a good value for the price.
