This Himalaya product is good and effective in modulating blood lipid and regulate excess triglycerides (LDL to less than 100 mg/dL) and total cholestrol to less than 170 mg/dL.But you'd start to see benefits over a period of 3 months of continuous use and beyond.A bit of food control (lowering of non fatty food, lowering consumption of fried food, increasing consumption of roughage/fibrous food) and mild exercise alongwith this will help to reduce LDL faster.For me, it goes especially well if taken twice a day with Meshashringi (twice daily) that regulates carbohydrate metabolism alongside.MRP is ₹ 152/-.
