Really good. I've been taking them for about 2 months and I have lost 4lbs. I am however dieting as well, but I believe it has helped. Make sure your skin is clean and put the package in a zip lock bag once opened because they will tend to dry out, I haven't had any problems since I've done this. I have noticed over time that I don't really itch anymore. Initially I did have a slight rash whereever it was applied. My body seems to be acclimating to the patch now. By the way I haven't been able to loose weight in years, so to me 4 lbs is a big deal I am 68 years old.

Loyal customer for several years, but I’m out. The added iron makes me feel terrible, and I don’t think anyone should buy this. I think the added iron has the potential to make you feel worse and not better, and if you are looking for an energy boost, the new addition of iron will cancel out any effects the b-12 will have. I have zero idea why they would add iron, but they did. It doesn’t help absorb B-12. The only reason why i can think of is low b-12 and low iron have the same symptoms, and sometimes low iron precedes b-12. SOMETIMES. Not all the time. Hey everyone, Veru wellness thinks that we don’t know the difference and if we are using b-12 patches, then we all must be anemic. If I wanted Iron, I would buy an iron supplement. Iron doesn’t help increase energy, can only help IF you happen to be deficient. Not everyone is anemic. Vemu: Hey, sales are doing great, we have a lot of good reviews on Amazon, I’m bored AND dumb, soooo, let’s torpedo ourselves. How can we do that? I know, change the formula, change the material, and not mention a thing. Bro, y’all are unraveling and whoever idea this was should be quietly given another job in the company, like drawing pretty pictures for the lobby or assigned to staff birthday celebrations. Save your money and find a different brand if you are using this for an energy boost.

They do as stated… adheres well. Vitamin content absorbs as it should slowly throughout the day, with consistent natural energy level. No anxiousness or nausea experienced.

These do stay on when a lot of these patches don't. I bought more after the first purchase.

Sadly I was one whose skin got irritated by these patches an couldn’t use long enough to know its effects.

I have been putting these on for about a month now and I have felt a bit of energy, a bit!. NO weight loss like it says it will do. YOU NEED TO WIPE THE AREA FIRST WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL BEFORE PUTTING ON THIS PATCH. IT WILL NOT STICK IF YOU DON'T. IT WILL FALL OFF QUICKLY, the glue on these patches are terrible. I tried to get a refund through the Seller and Amazon and was told I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. I figured it would take a least a month to see if this would work but that does NOT matter to the Seller and therefore, NO refund. I would NOT recommend these and I would NOT purchase again....they are very expensive for getting nothing in return. DON'T BOTHER.
