Good Product at a Reasonable Price
The delivery was quick. Nicely packed. Pros: 1. compact 2. nice deal at this price 3. common man's product. 4. Easy to clean 5. warranty card is provided with the product(along with the seller's stamp) cons: 1. no option to change the speed. (obviously, u hardly need speed change in wet grinders) 2. Coconut grater is not provided. 3. It would be better if they provided a knob to lift the Lid. 4. Poor lid quality 5. Noisy while running the motor.

Worst ! Never buy grinder from Butterfly
Absolutely waste of money , the grinder became completely slow within a month. I have been chasing Butterfly customer care for the last 3 months. People from their call centre are picking up the phone but no resolution till now , they always say service person will come to home and check but no movement from there. The next time i call it will start fresh from there. Kindly do avoid this , i am stuck with no progress.
