So I have two. And I wash them just fine- the entire pillow with cover on. I have a front load washer so perhaps it wrings water better than those who may believe it never dries. I put it in dryer for extra low for about an hour then air dried in a laundry basket. Smells good, looks good. I’d still advise a pillow cover. I’m tall and need seperation of knee and ankle for low back pain, I love these pillows. Yes they are a bit unwieldy to move around but my hip replacements and my spinal fusions do too. So much so i recently started using it for my head. The thing is these pillows don’t deflate much like memory foam does when warm. If anything could be improved, I’d have to say make them an inch or so thicker. Keeps my spine straight when side sleeping and holds the shape to keep head from sinking past horizontal shoulder height… all keeping spine happy.

This is truly the best pillow for its purpose. It keeps your legs the right amount of separated, it moves with you, it’s comfortable, yet it’s lightweight, but don’t even think of using it unless you get a zippered waterproof pillowcase enclosure — let’s say king size — to put it around the pillow and then put a queen or king (because I’m honestly not sure off the top of my head which is needed) pillowcase over that because if you have to wash this, oh boy, is that a problem. They don’t make a secret about it. They show you what’s on the inside, but what they don’t tell you is that that stuffing will never dry inside the pillow case and the opening is too small to unstuff it easily. You would have to wash just the case and remove the stuffing, put the stuffing in a mesh laundry bag wash and dry it that way, wash the pillowcase separately and then re-stuff it, so I think the better bet is to never let it get to where it needs to be washed in the first place. I am now buying a new one because I didn’t have me to tell me that. Fortunately, you do.

Not firm at all. Dangerous to use if u had a hip replacement, to put in between legs to sleep on side. Will not be suitable. Also, it has a chemical odor emanating from it.

Back pain or no back pain...that is the question! I recieved within 2 days opened packaged and started laughing, the pillow is literally the size of my entire lower half! It is extremely bulky, wieghted down! HOWEVER, AFTER THE FIRST USE, i was hooked! It seperates knees, hips, ankles and gives everything support! Know ive only used twice, BOTH times i woke up with some severe lower back pain! But i also mopped my jobs entire floor (deli) the night /day of each use, so i cant say its from.pillow, will continue to use and will change review IF i get a different outcome after continued use!

This pillow is definitely thick and long. Im 6'3 with long legs and it reached my ankles and knees. It is a bit thick, I would be happy with a 3.5-4 inch pillow but its ok. The filling it shredded and does allow your legs to sink in. I think I'll have to get used to how thick it is, but it's a nice pillow for knee and hip support. I will buy again if this one needs to be replaced, but please make it a little less thick lol

Wanted a new side sleeper pillow that was longer and this is the best one yet. Not overly firm but still has a good thickness. Doesn’t flatten as much as I thought it would using it. I have long legs so it is very nice to sleep on my side with. Knees pillows just wasn’t working. Has helped my back pain.

I've tried many pillows for over a year. Too thick, too thin, too hard, too heavy, not long enough... None worked. This one is perfect. I'm 5"4', overweight at about 220 lbs. I do not find it too heavy, but if you need something super lightweight and you toss and turn at night, maybe a little heavy for you.

Not bad a bit thin
