Recently I bought this product. It was workings fine. But after fue days it stop working even after charging. So I requested for exchange. The customer service is so fast and polite, I got the replacement. But the replaced product was also nit working. This time I got disappointed and asked for refund... I got the refund immediately... The product looks very same as the pic provided, but To me the product which I got had some problem and not working. But the customer service are very honest and respond immediately.
