Love it! I have arthritis in wrists and back and even I can easily handle this steamer. I've had many floor steamers all with the same issues...the water tank is part of the actual steamer in my hand or with floors the tank is part of the whole thing like a vacuum cleaner making getting at the ledge overhang of kitchen cabinets impossible to effectively clean. With the Dupray the heavy water is in the tank on the floor so all I'm holding is the wand or the attachment. Pros: Uses very little water. Whole tank holds 5 cups which was more than enough for me to do my hardwoods in multi rooms, hall and foyer with water left over. Less water means less drying time. Unit itself is compact and on casters for effortless maneuvering. Hose is very flexible & small so it's not cumbersome and doesn't fight me to go exactly where I want it to go. floor wands perfect length for any height persons use. Attachments go on and off with ease even with my hands. The unit itself is 'bout the size of an Instapot Screw holes are lined with HD brass so no worries about stripping them. The floor "mop head" has low profile-goes accurately right up to edge of floor to wall without leaving a demarking dirt ridge. Mop head has HD grip for holding onto a cloth I can use my own cloth in the mop head but unit comes with effective scrubber pads that pull dirt away like diaper linings pull away debris from skin. If I have something gross or staining to clean up I can use my own cloth and toss it when done saving the scrubber pad from being ruined. The glass attachment have double squeegees. The corner triangle brush with a bonnet attached got all the car wash residue off my windshield easily. TG Worked wonders cleaning my bathroom grout on floor and shower & glass shower doors. I have old fashioned shower doors with tracks and even though I'd recently scrubbed with stiff brushed made for that job recently, the steamer got a bunch of grime out I didn't even notice was in there. Photo shows what was there. Cons: None- but I would like a gas gauge kind of thing to show me how much water's left in tank after use but discharging left over water's easily done by holding or locking down trigger until unit empty. I don't want to leave water in there when not in use. I recommend buy a three prong shorter extension cord. Like 6 feet. Cord with hose has great reach but I have a very large hardwood living room and I don't want to unplug and replug for the other half of room. This Dupray is an excellent price and easily stored away because it's small.

I really love the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner! It works amazing and does a great job deep cleaning without needing harsh chemicals. I’ve used it on different areas around my home, and it handles dirt, grease, and grime really well. I did have a small issue where one of the rubber O-rings broke, but I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. Even though they were out of stock of the O-rings, they offered to send me a whole new unit, which I really appreciated. Great customer service! Overall, despite that small issue, I’m very happy with it. It’s powerful, versatile, and definitely worth it.

I love this Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner. I got the 27-piece accessory kit with it. It works perfectly and as described. The tank holds almost a full gallon. I always use distilled water with it. Yes, it is a bit of a pain to have to unplug and wait for it to heat up again when you need to refill the tank (when doing long cleaning sessions). But, I don't mind waiting. It does heat up faster if you do press down and lock the trigger as it is heating up. If you set the wand/nozzle down for a few minutes and then try to pick it up and use it again, you will get a spray of excess water first before the steam reappears. Each of the accessories works as expected. I love the triangle brush and cover to scrub and remove all in one pass. It produces a great amount of steam with each attachment. It only loses steam as you are almost completely out of water in the tank. It stays hot the entire time as expected as well. The handle can get warm while in use, but I haven't been worried about how hot it may get. I am just careful when using it, and especially when swapping out attachments during use. The cord flows freely under the tank. Since the tank is on wheels, the cord lies on the floor while in use. You can wrap the cord around the bottom of the tank as it has a built in lip for the cord. But, I leave mine unwrapped for ease of use. The floor attachment wand works amazing on tile floors. I'm super happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it!

Never thought I would fall in love with a cleaning tool but this steam cleaner is simply marvelous. It delivers high pressure steam, last about an hour after fully filling it. The attachments allow you to reach the tinest nook or upper heights. Worked great on our outdoor smoker. The carry bag is large and keeps everything nice and tidy.

Decent multi-purpose steam cleaner. It produces alot of very hot steam. So far, I have used on wall tiles, grout, shower glass, bathtub, bathtub fixtures, and sliding door tracks. I like that is comes with a variety of attachments. It would be helpful to know the level of water remaining in the tank when using.

I love my Dupray steamer, it is easy to use and cleans like a dream especially the bathrooms. The steam stays hot longer than any other steamer I have used. Worth every penny.

As a steam cleaner, it functions. The ability to use towels of choice instead of only their brand of mop covers was one of the selling points for me. Multi tip tools for various cleaning makes it versatile. It is light weight even when filled with water, casters on bottom make it easy to pull around as your cleaning. However, the designers favored aesthetics instead of function. The power cord is manually rolled up in the base of the unit requiring you to lift and hold while wrapping the cord, or tip on its side to store the cord. Storage is cumbersome as there is no where to wrap the 6 foot steam hose, and the 8 inch clearance required for the steam outlet that is permanently sticking out the side. No docking for the accessories and tool heads. There is no fill level indicator so you have no way of knowing how full the water reservoir is until it overflows the top…

OMG! I don't do reviews very often, but this machine is fantastic! I cut a two-day grout job down to about 2 1/2 hours, and we feel like we have a new house! It is easy to use and very effective!
