For years I was using Immortal NYC’s other green can that says Hair Wax Matte Look when I wanted a dryer look for my hair. It had good hold, nice apple scent, pretty good volume. But I noticed this new lime green one so I had to give it a try. I’m loving it so far. Same good hold with more of an apple vanilla scent, but I’m able to piece and place my hair better. The product seems to be a little lighter and more spreadable than the old one. It seems to make my hair a straighter too (which I need in order to shape it because I have thick wavy hair). Finally, it leaves a slight waxy finish, not a shine. Which I actually like cause it looks a little “fancier” than just a dull dry look. I’m glad I took the risk and bought it, excellent purchase.

Great hair product. Originally found it through my barber. Maintains a good hold without making my hair look too stiff or too shiny! Holds even after a 12 hour shift.

It has taken me years to find the best product to put in my hair for my waves. I would have never came across this product if it wasn’t for the barber cutting my hair. He used it one time and my waves looked amazing. I have never turned back to buying other products. The smell is amazing and It is not greasy.
