Not Shiro sweet
This doesn't taste anything like Shiro. It leans to a more Aka flavour. It can upset the flavour if the dish planned needs a mild sweet taste. Pick something more proven as source.

Rich and delicious!
Because I do not eat onion or garlic I find the miso a quick and tasty alternative to other seasonings in products such as Atta Maggi. I have bought the miso several times and enjoy it regularly. Would definitely recommend.

Colour review
This is my second time buying miso and for the taste I think it's the same even when the brand was different. But I don't understand why the colour is dark when it's supposed to be pale gold. In any case, Urban platter is a brand I would always choose, because of their values. I hope to be able to get correct shiro miso next time.

Never wrote a review for any product but damn this is too good. I have never tasted miso before but this one is really good specially on a cold winter night.
