Easy setup just / not a lot of noise
I bought this 2400W inverter generator for our family camping trips, and it's been perfect! It’s super quiet and powers everything we need, from our mini-fridge to charging phones. Easy to carry and fuel-efficient—couldn't be happier! is a reliable backup power source. It kicks in when the power goes out and keeps my fridge and a couple of lights running smoothly. It’s easy to start, and not as loud as I expected. I’ve used it for outdoor parties and even to power some tools in my garage. Definitely worth the money. The fuel lasted much longer than I expected. It's everything I was looking for.has a solid weight to it which makes feel very well built. It is also compact and portable which will help when we go camping Easy setup just put oil in and Fuel ⛽️ Mine started on first pull. This is definitely one of the best things I bought my husband is so happy.

This is a high quality snall generator that compares with the brand names.
I recently purchased this small ERAYAK 2400W Portable Inverter Generator. I actually own two honda 2000 generators so a was skeptical of how this would perform against a Honda and i actually am pretty impressed so far. The box came in with no damage as it is packaged very well as you can see in the pictures. It is like a copy of the Honda. It’s incredibly lightweight making it super easy to pick up and move. Whether I’m using it for camping, outdoor events like the race track or as a backup at home, moving it around is effortless. I was concerned it may get damaged in travel, but no way with great packaging it came in snd the way things heavier items have been arriving from the popular shipping companies all torn up woth parts missing. Really shows they care about the product rather than just trying to get a sale, which i really appreciate. The performance is top notch. For such a compact unit, it packs a surprising amount of power, reliability and durability. When I unboxed it the set up was easy and straightforward. The instructions were clear and simple. The generator started up right away with no hassle. Do not forget to add a good quality engine okl. I had some Honda 10w30 brand so i used that. It crank up on the first few pulls as sometimes it takes a few to prime the fuel system so no worries there. After first start it started again and again wirh one easy pull just like my other brand name ones. It's quiet like the Honda! This is a plus since I've had generators that were loud and hard to hear conversations while it was running. Despite its small size, it can easily run small appliances and devices like lights, phones, chargers and refrigerators. It’s small enough to store nicely in my garage. I will store it in the original box it came in since it is a thick coated cardboard. You can’t beat the price for this quality generator. I paid 1000.00 each for my Honda generators. I did a lot of research before purchasing this Erayak brand and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. One of the best features is how quiet it runs very similar to my other ones. It’s perfect for the race track and running our lights, two battery chargers and a fan. We will use it camping as well and around the shop when we lose power. Very easy to move back and forth as well as load into the car. Even light weight enough to take to the beach itself which says something about the generator. Overall, this generator is compact and powerful and really easy to use. It has the power comparable to my Honda 2000’s and maybe even better. I like the digital readouts on the screen that you can scroll through as well.

Reliable, Quiet Power for Camping and Emergencies!
I bought this ERAYAK 2400W Inverter Generator for a camping trip, and it performed flawlessly. It is surprisingly super quiet, so it didn't disturb the neighbors at the campsite at all. The ECO mode is a great feature because it saves a lot of gas by adjusting the engine speed to only what's needed, yet it still provides plenty of clean power for my sensitive electronics and small appliances. It’s compact and light enough to move around easily, making it perfect for outdoor use or as a reliable emergency backup at home. If you're looking for a small, gas-powered generator that is easy to start and won't break the bank, this one is a solid choice.

Great generator for backup power and camping
I purchased this generator both to use for backup emergency power at my house and to bring camping, and so far I am very impressed with it. It was incredibly easy to begin using right away, and so far seems to power enough to be useful. Taking it out of the box you can tell it is a well made piece of equipment that is well thought out. I added oil to it, which when buying oil I got a little confused because in the specifications it says it uses SE 15W-30 oil which I could not find anywhere. However after searching for a while I found in the section about changing the oil that depending on the ambient temperature it should use either 10W-30 or 15W-40 both of which were easy to find. After getting the oil filled properly and adding gas to the fuel tank I went to start it. One of my concerns was that it would be difficult to start, but the first start only took two pulls and since then I’ve started it with just one pull many times. I was very happy to hear that it runs very quietly with the eco mode turned on, so if you’re only using it to charge a few items or lower loads you can barely hear it from more than 10 feet away which makes it great for camping. If you need to use a higher load you just turn the eco mode off, which makes it a little louder but still plenty quiet to be able to have nearby and still have a conversation. The size is great, it is easily maneuverable which means I can take it camping without taking up too much space in the vehicle, plus it is easy to store in the garage. It is much not as heavy as other generators I have used so I can easily carry it just by myself. I have used it for several things so far and it has worked well for the loads I have put on it. I tested a small electric space heater which can be seen in one of the photos to know it will work if needed camping. I also tested it to run my refrigerator at my house in case I ever lose power. It has a lot of outlets available, so I wanted to see if all would work at the same time and plugged a tool battery charger, 2 phone chargers and a computer charger all and it was able to power all which will also be handy for camping. Finally, I used it to charge chainsaw batteries while out cutting wood which was handy to be able to have one battery charging while using the other. Overall I would say this generator is great value for the money. It is very easy to use, quiet running and able to be transported and stored with ease. I’m looking forward to being able to use it for many things coming up.

I love my new 4500P generator so much I ordered an another one, now I’m going to run them in Parallel when I buy the Parallel kit. Easy setup just put oil in and Fuel ⛽️ Mine started on first pull, I broke in the engine about 11 hours, then I changed the oil to 10w-30 Synthetic oil for where I live. You can use 87 octane, but I prefer and recommend Premium Fuel it’s a much cleaner Fuel and in the long run less headaches. And it is a very quiet generator in my opinion. All in all, I’m very pleased and impressed with this generator. I recommend this generator. Merry Christmas to all 🎅

We have now used our new Erayak Generator for spring and summer motor-homing (that is - in very cool and very hot Canadian conditions.) and are very pleased. The extra power over other portables permits us to run our 15,000 BTU air conditioner, microwave, fridge and even our house battery charger simultaneously with ease. The unit is very simple to operate. Starts easily, usually with 3 or 4 pulls. Easy to lift off our rear rack and move around (even with my bad back). I can't measure the sound level precisely - but we have walked around the campgrounds and compared our Erayak to other generators and find that ours is generally the quietest. That we can store it inside over the winter is a big plus over our previous in-board generator. Very competitively priced, too. A big bonus that we weren't expecting is the superb customer service provided by the Erayak team - prompt, courteous and attentive. They are proud of their excellent product and want their customers to be glad they chose Erayak. We certainly are!

Cannot get it started with either propane or gasoline. Left a message with their customer support 5 days ago and no response. I filed the return form with Amazon and no response from them either. I am taking the position that as it would never start that this generator was not of merchantable quality and therefore under the BC Sale of Goods Act I rescind the sale and require a full refund. I believe all Canadian provinces have a Sale of Goods Act and that cannot be contracted out of regardless of what is said in the description about not returnable.

Updated review: Note that the Dual Fuel version does NOT have an "eco mode" function, despite being advertised as such (see picture/screenshot). Also, it doesn't have the built in cigarette lighter/battery charger clamps that the gas one does. Disappointed that this doesn't have the eco mode, as it made the unit noticeably quieter (not whisper quiet by any means, but quietER) ... but it's still a good unit. Starts on first pull, easy to use, and relatively cheap. I "upgraded" to the dual fuel version of this generator primarily to be able to use propane as the primary fuel source. I have a diesel pickup and my camper has room for 2 x 20lb propane tanks and uses very little propane, so being able to ditch the gasoline jerry can and free up some storage space was appealing. We didn't use the A/C at all during our trips this year, and mainly used this to run a food saver or as backup power. It's still got a roomy built in gas tanks if we're ever in really hot weather, but otherwise this should meet our needs going forward. Original review: The 4500W gas version started on the first pull and runs my 13,500 BTU camper A/C unit, which is the primary reason I purchased this. It *did* overload the first time I switched on the A/C, with nothing else running, but maybe I didn't let it warm up long enough. Started and ran the A/C no problem the next time. I don't have a soft start, and my understanding is you need something with around this wattage to start this size A/C. The generator is lightweight and easily maneuverable, but pretty loud in "turbo" mode (i.e. when not in eco mode). Eco mode is pretty quiet. That said, I don't really have a frame of reference, as it's my first gennie. From what I've heard at campsites they are usually pretty noisy. I appreciate the little accessory bag that comes with it, and the accessories (spare spark plug, battery clamps, etc). Nice little touch. Seems like a good value. Let's see how it holds up!
