Does it show the accurate ac & dc voltage like a digital multimeter ?

no, it does not. There is a display, but I have not yet figured itout what it displays. It is dim. You can at best find out if there is a voltage or not. I found no use for this product. Better to have a screw driver with a neon indication. If you are looking for some measurement, pl go for a multimeter to suit your requirement.

Yes it can. Even without touching metal it can show....
