This is honestly one of the best cables I have ever purchased. It has a heavy bread over The wires and the ends are tight fitting and they don’t fall out. You have to pull them out by their ends with a good pull. I’ve been laid up with foot surgery and had to use a lapdesk and keep my foot up above my waist. I’m used to having two screens because I do a lot of cut and pasting as part of my job. Luckily during Amazon Prime days they had a portable laptop monitor that was very reasonable, but came with a very short HDMI to Mini HDMI cable that would not reach over to the portable monitor stand beside the laptop desk. I ordered this 6 foot cable based on an Amazon recommendation. I’ve never had it fallout or even pull free if I forget I need to disconnect it to move my laptop to another location. It has never come out unless I grabbed it by the connector and firmly pulled it out of the port. I would have gone nuts if I had a cable that pulled out every time I changed position of the recliner. The cable would fall out. This is a keeper and a real blessing to me. I have never recommended a cable before because they usually quit before you could type up the review. That would have been mostly Firewire, I’ve tried them all. Price never seemed to make much difference. I’ve paid between $3 -$20 and they all seem to go out fairly fast. This IS a great cable. Going forward I plan to try their other cables and see if they are as good as this one.
