The pots look nice and the quality is good.

Pot is fine but sticks are not got they clogged so soon.
The sticks are of bad quality…they clogged after a week only. There is no frangnance inspite of adding lot of essence oil. It stopped working after a week.

Bottom is leaking. Useless.
The bottom of the ceramic pot is leaking. I didn’t notice immediately. And when I noticed it , return facility date was expired. Hence I am unable to return now. If a buyer wants to buy it , he/she should check it properly on receiving the same so that it can be returned in case defective. Better to go for another company’s product. I am ordering another brand.
