Purchased many times over and gets the job done. Not harsh on the system and you know if you skipped a day. Dont recommend daily use for a long period of time but is great for those times of year when you are trying to be slimmer.

This works REALLY well, in fact, too well for me at the recommended dose (4 capsules, twice daily). I got very dehydrated at that dose on just day one. So I’m cutting it in half and hoping it works without dehydrating me as much as possible. Yes, I drink a ton of water. I just get dehydrated easily. Anyway, this works!

They work well. But the size and amount you need to take is hard. They are HUGE capsules. I have big hands so size comparison in pictures.

Amazing product, taken so many different diuretics for contest prep/general maintenance and this one works from day 1. I can tell an immediate difference.

I have bought this product before and it has been great! I bought two bottles initially and when I ran out, I ordered another bottle. While I can’t really comment on the effectiveness of the new bottle, I can say that the packaging is different and while the ingredients are almost the same, there is one difference. The black bottle on the left was my initial purchase. The blue bottle is the bottle I just received.Automatically, this makes me question the integrity of the product. I would encourage others to at least beware and do your research. I’m hoping the the product IS the same and maybe they just completely redesigned the bottle. However, I can’t be so sure. I will update whether or not the products still has the same effectiveness. I just wanted to go ahead and warn people to be careful.Giving 3 stars just until I can be sure that the product is the same product.

I used this product to prepare myself for stage when I was competitively bodybuilding. Now, I use it to help regulate my body when needed. Capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste or stomach upset. This is my go to product for reducing water bloat.

I have had a terrible reaction to the capsules. Making me very anxious. Recommended 4 capsules I took 1. Something is very wrong with this formulation. I ha e taken many supplements like this and have never had an issue. These were terrible. I contacted the company to ask if I could return them and have had no luck. There are so many other aupple.e ts do not take a chance on these!
