From a practical standpoint, it feels like a good value, especially since one shake comfortably stretches across two cups of coffee. Per the label, it has 15g protein with 2g net carbs and 1g sugar per shake, which is helpful if you care about macros while still wanting something that tastes like a flavored drink, not just a plain protein shake. The main drawback for me is the ingredient list. Vegetable oil is listed as the top ingredient, which makes me unsure how healthy this really is as a long-term way to get extra protein every single day. If you are very particular about the types of fats or ingredients in your diet, that's something to look at closely before making this a regular habit. I would buy this again and recommend it for people who want a protein shake that actually tastes great and can double as a coffee add-in. If flavor and convenience are high on your list and you are comfortable with the ingredient profile, this is a very enjoyable way to get extra protein into a daily routine.

The Atkins chocolate coconut flavor is by far my favorite flavor of protein shake that I've tried. It's creamy, sweet - but not too sweet, and the coconut is a delicious addition to the chocolate without being overwhelming. Overall, I find Atkins to be a great brand of protein shake; never gritty or lumpy like some cheap brands. This is great to have on hand for when I forget to eat proper food and need some protein asap! Sometimes I'll take one that's already cold and stick in in the freezer for 30 minutes and it's almost like a little frozen treat. Highly recommend!

Kind of like drinking an Almond Joy candy bar but not quite as sweet. Definitely a go-to alternative when you're craving something sweet like candy. Nice and creamy, not too thick. Fills you up to help control appetite. No gritty aftertaste when you get to the bottom like i've noticed with some other brands. Will order again.
