Superbly Rich
All the products are fantastic quality, but this single press very dark is really special. Rich taste with almost a burnt toffee taste, it really is a cut above and quickly becoming my favourite grade of maple syrup. For full disclosure, as well as purchasing a bottle of this, and having a subscription for 47 North maple syrup, I was sent very generous free samples as the wrong grade of syrup was delivered to me. Not only are these top quality products, the company really cares about its product and customers. I wouldn’t buy maple syrup from anyone else.

Decent syrup, bit expensive, taste a bit caramelly for me
I thought this syrup was OK. I am marking it down a star based on the price - taste balance. I appreciate taste is a personal thing. My wife agrees with me tho.

Disgusting
This was literally the worst maple syrup I've ever tasted. It didn't taste of maple syrup at all, it tasted off and sour and quite tasteless.Maybe it was a bad batch because it's got quite good reviews overall.For the price I would not buy again, not good value for money.
