Great product!
Well! For me this is the sharpest knife i have ever used. Since I get clumsy no doubt I have small cuts on my thumb from the very first few days of using the smallest knife. Larger knife had been smooth sailing I must say. Beautiful knife easy to use and comfortable on the hands. I do wish it comes in its own holder…even for a three piece set for safety purposes.

Great, a lil light.
Excellent set of knifes, handles are great to grip and blades are sharp as heck. They are a little lighter than I expected but still pretty solid knives.(I'll update after a few months in the kitchen)

Feels just right.
OK, its not cheap, but its one of those purchases that feels right, straight out of the box. Comes in a nice presentation case, would be good as a present. Performance wise , it has that feel and balance of a bespoke item, and as to performance , it cuts brisket like a dream, recommended .

One small problem
Bought this knife to slice bacon as I make my own, arrived promptly in a nice box , looked good and was very sharp maybe too sharp ! , sliced 800 grams of streaky bacon , not much by the time I had finished the knife was blunt , on inspection I found the edge had rolled hence why I said too sharp the edge was too fine, I spent ten minutes sharpening the blade , and then sliced 2kg of back bacon the blade was still sharp at the Finnish , overall happy with product
