I purchased this water cooler long back, in 2019. All these years, I thought, the cooler is perfectly working, until, I'd to get it opened yesterday, doubting about its cooling effect. To my utter horror I realized that, the coolant water outlet at the top of the tower, which distributes water to the filter, is IN SEALED condition, i.e. plastic mold layer, (like electrical switches socket for screws which are normally closed and you need to open it with screw driver). is in absolute sealed condition!!!!! How the water can get distributed at the top? Only mistake I did today is that, I didn't click its photo, before opening the outlet with a screwdriver. Such blunders are not at all acceptable. All these 5-6 years, I was kept completely under dark that, such things can also happen, in spite of so called quality checks. After opening the factory seal of the coolant water exhaust (its a plastic mold leftover, which should've been removed while assembling), which is located below one black cover (so, it just cannot be identified even. It can be observed in the attached photos) I realized the blunder by the manufacturer. This is simply not acceptable. No person on earth can ever find out such gross manufacturing mistakes, as, the cooler was very much working, but only without water getting sprinkled through the cooler tower filter, which gives cooling effect. Now, after opening the plastic mold leftover cover of the cooling pipe outlet, right inside the top cover, water started flowing. How can anyone come to know about this? However, this should've been checked during quality inspection. Now, the water is flowing perfectly, after replacing the pump and opening the plastic outlet pipe properly, and we are getting perfect cooling effect. I'm giving 4* because the product is good, however, it was sent without proper quality checks which resulted in this agonizing 6 years of its usage. As can be seen from the photos attached, I'd never seen water coming out at the top, get distributed equally across the filter and go down through that! I saw that, for the first time today, as can been seen from photo, where water is seen flowing (after getting it repaired by paying 1000/- ). I expect some response from SYMPHONY maintenance / quality check team regarding this gross blunder.

Brought this cooler in 2018. Used it only during summer days (3 months) a year. Worked well till 2025. The warranty support is quite bad from Symphony. The motor was jammed and not working. When I called support, they gave me an estimate of 4300/- and kept suggesting me to buy a new one instead. When you look at symphony's support website for warranty parts, motor is listed as 2100/- only. When I confronted them, they say we have to replace other parts as well so additional cost applies. I will not buy another symphony product. Products are good, support is really bad.

This air cooler is good for small room...use chilled water & ice cubes for better result.But if your temperature is near about 40° then it will not work properly.Othetwise good for any small room. But I must say symphony customer care is not at all helpful. I have received my air cooler with 2 defective wheels & after third attempt of Amazon they have visited my home. But their technicians are not so knowledgeable. They doesn't have much idea about the mechine.But the cooler is good, no noise,no leakage. If u can manage it & use it properly then go for it.

Bought this last year in May, it broke down in 2 month of purchase, took it to get fixed and they said it's fixed, after that summer season was off so I put in store, took it out this year again and after few days of usage it broke down again and I took it to same person and he said the issue is same as last year and this time the monitor also broke down, due to 2 days over and the company customer care is not reachable at all, it's all bots and when i sent a mail twice, I didn't hear back yet and it's been 2.5 months now.
