I have been using cold washcloths when I get a migraine but they aren’t very helpful when I have a migraine coming on and still need to attempt to be functional.This helps with this. It gets and stays cold, a little too cold at first so I wear it over my hair more on the top of my head until it isn’t TOO cold, then slide it down onto my forehead.It’s great to be able to wear on neck and over eyes as well.Quality made item with soft comfortable material. And I am not embarrassed to wear in public if need be as it has a stylish look as well.I will be buying more of these and recommending them to others!

I really love this headband. Working at a desk all day comes with headaches and migraines. This makes it easy to have ice on your head while working without strapping a full ice pack to your head with an ace bandage.Pros: super comfy, not too heavy, sooo softCons: SUPER COLD at first, warms up pretty quickly. Good for 15ish minutes of cold cold wear.

So nice to not have to hold it on my head. Sorry for the lousy pic, I had a headache. Very comfortable, works very well & the size is perfect. The only downfall I have about this wrap is that it does not stay cool long enough for me. I like it enough to keep it & will get another one to swap out when needed.

I have chronic migraines and ice packs are often the most helpful, so I ordered this for work so that I can ice my head hands-free, which I love. Giving this three stars because it doesn't stay cold for that long, and I usually have to put it back in the freezer. Also, because I ordered one for home and it wasn't going to be delivered for over two months.

I like it. It's soft, cooling, and very comfortable to wear, except for the little extra fabric they put on the back. It's unnecessary and painful during a headache. I cut it off; nothing was damaged/altered in doing so.

I changed the the name to Crummy! It gets two starts for the cute gray bandana fabric, the softness and way it feels. To me, I cannot feel coolness after about 5 minutes. I need it for recovery after an occipital nerve ablation on the back right. I need some serious numbing as I am in an unbearable amount of pain. This does nothing. Its cold for a few minutes but before it starts to take any affect on the pain, the coldness is completely gone. I have tried literally everything, even homemade contraptions, to be able to hold an ice pack on the back of my head. It hurts so much until I can't lay by head back on a pillow or recliner...in order to sort of hold an ice pack there. The cap ones cover way too much. I don't want my eyes and ears (ouch) covered and can't fold them right either. They barely last a bit longer than this anyway. I was so hopeful that this was the answer. I would love this headband if it had a pocket for putting colder packs in and replacing them with a fresh cold one as needed. Also if it had two separate pockets to control each side of your head. I'm sure many people with different types of head surgeries would appreciate that. Send the royalties to me please !

Okay, I actually love this. I'm knocking a star off for the smell though 😅 It is like really stinky feet, and I am going to do my best to find something to end the smell, because if I need this, and the smell is there, it isn't going to help at all. I got another similar, that covers me entire head, and it also smells the same. They're not from the same company, so I know it isn't just this one.That aside - it fits well, which for me is great. I've never liked headbands that much but this works. Not too tight or loose. I felt the cold right out of the bag, no freezer required. Which, honestly, is amazing for me. I had a bit of a tension headache yesterday and this did help relieve some of the pain. (The smell was tricky, ngl.) Overall it looks to be made pretty well, seems sturdy, and that it will work quite well. I got this one to take to work.
