The delivery was unsurprisingly fast, as usual. (What amazing service!) I've used jump ropes to condition and train throughout the years with real, measurable success. I somehow misplaced my original jump rope, so I took the chance and opportunity to get this one. It's fantastic. It comes with its own carrying case; 2 non-slip, grip-friendly handles, 3 attachable ropes of ascending diameter; and a pair of cutters/crimpers. I didn't make any alterations to the length of the rope I chose to use, and it works just fine for me to jump with. Would I recommend this jump rope to others?? Yes, if you're serious about making jump rope conditioning a part of your exercise routine. I find it to be a bit pricy but overall worth the value. I appreciate having three different weighted ropes. I consider myself a beginner and the ropes are easy to change out to best fit my energy level on a given day. I had no issues adjusting the length of the ropes with the included wire cutter tool and putting the handle clips on was fairly easy too. I feel the 1/2 pound rope in a good way. The 1/5lb rope is good for speed roping. I am happy with my purchase so far.

I wanted to add some more intense cardio to my home workouts and decided to try a weighted jump rope. Very pleased with the price and the quality of this product compared to the more expensive item. I have not been disappointed and the fact that it comes with 2 lighter weighted ropes as an option to change is great!

I love this jump rope. Great quality and I love the different rope options. Also comes with a wire cutter to cut your ropes to length. I would recommend purchasing the 1pound rope separately if ur looking for more weight. Otherwise great product.

Excellent set of ropes - why ? 1- attachment mechanism is perfect , it does not put a strain on the rope to ensure durability 2- the cords are easy to swap , there are 3 different cords , different width and weight from very light and speedy to a heavier one 3- cords are secured with screws and the set includes the screw key for easy fix 4- the ring mechanism attaching the cords is super gratifying to work with 5- includes tool easily trims the cord to desired length 6- cords will be easy to replace if needed

Came with a small Allen key that I lost while trying to adjust the rope. Now I have a missing Allen key and three ropes I can’t use.

I love the rope itself, its flexible and seems to be of good quality. The handles are horrendous, they started making weird spinning sounds from day 1 of exercising and they also get really slippery after you start to sweat. Greatly overpriced, would recommend at maybe a third of the price.
