I like the size of the pill as it makes it easy to swallow. It didn’t leave any adverse after taste. I got a cold shortly after starting to take this but maybe that’s just because it loosened so much phlegm that it had to come out one way or another. Ultimately feel better.

My breathing has gotten a lot better since i've been taking this. I'm snoring less than I was before. The pills are not that big and pretty easy to swallow.

I didn't notice much of a difference with this product. It didn't have a horrible taste and was easy to swallow, but there wasn't much effect.

I got these and am excited to see if they will help with cold and flu season. They are easy to take no bad taste. Seems to be great quality.

But I can't return them & have an almost full bottle I have to throw away.
