As well as bakery goods the Beau Products flavours will flavour your other confectionery and desert products including creams and ice creams, icings of all types, yoghurt, jellies and fondants. Brilliant for the soft centres of hand made chocolates! The flavouring is extremely concentrated so a little really will go a long way. We would recommend that you add a small amount to your product first and then wait a few minutes to allow the flavour to fully develop. If necessary a little more can be added until the flavour is as strong as you wish. Beau Products recommend that you start with about 1/4 teaspoon for most recipes. They are vegetarian, vegan and Kosher and many are also Halal.
