Not fit for purpose
Screws holding the rollator together keep coming out. It is not robust enough for disabled use Endless problems doing DIY repairs never mind the expense.

Sturdy and lightweight
The design and look of this is stunning! The forward-oriented handles allow the user to walk upright, and the seat provides a stable platform upon which to rest. It's also incredibly light and folds easily into the back seat.

Horrible
Very disappointed. Walker is way too big and too expensive. No control with it. Slides too fast. Seat too high. Unfortunately cannot send back. Waste of money. Would not recommend 😕

Limited lifetime warranty
The lifetime warranty from By.acre only applies to the frame of the rollator. Outside of the Amazon.ca repair window of 90 days, you are on your own for "accessories" I had both the seat lock and utility bag fail and had to be replaced at my expense >$100.00. It seems illogical or frequent for repairs not to be covered by a lifetime warranty on such an expensive rollator else it is a great product!

The Arm Fell Off
The screw fell out and the Arm detached . The Rollator Can not be used and Amazon will not return it
