I informed GWEIKE about the laser Head moving around and that is was causing my engraving work shift. They said they never heard of it and will have someone help me to improve the issue. Never heard from them them. The laser is hard to calibrate, it is cannot be leveled X, Y because it is cheaply put together with shims. Don't waste your money like I did. I am not happy with it. It is only good for practicing lightburn but I cannot make serious work with it. GWEIKE lied to me that they contact me. I have heard from anyone in over a year to say here is the Fix. There are youtube early reviewers of the 20W who said this issues was fixed, I don't think the fix was good enough. Tolerance of the hole on the laser Head and the mounting plate is too big to over come. The laser just Leans over, no longer level over the short period of time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MODEL. THIS IS A JOKE for $1600

Bought 20w version but never arrived, tried the 30w from a friend before try buying again a "better/more powerful" version and found out accesories dont work as shown on videos. roller and chuck don't turn when engraving, are hard on surfaces, cables to short, etc, tried proprietary software as well as lightburn, nothing worked well. customer service is a joke just answer to people when order number is provided, how ridiculous is that. ended up returning the device to my friend and thank him for avoiding me the hassle of dealing with them again. for engraving materials on a flat surface about 120x120 works nice but anything else is just a no, no! at the end bought an xtool, more expensive but definitely user and customer services experience is second to none!
