Seemed like a good deal. These are not designed for bikes like Harley. 400lb load rating is for the pair together. I doubt that. The adjusting screw portion of the spring seems like plastic and cheap quality. I would not recommend these for any street bike except maybe a Honda Rebel with a 100lb rider...
