Exactly as expected

Arrived surprisingly late and without notification of arrival after informing me that I could not cancel it even though it had not been sent out. Bad business practice, but understandable, as it is cheap and they probably figured it was too much trouble for me to take the time to send it back. But I did. The terminal ends are thin and I doubt that they are real brass and appear to be bright coated pot metal (however I cannot know this for certain without destroying the product). I would give a lower number rating if I could.

Love this hose! It is the 2nd one we’ve bought because I loved it so much. I needed one for the side of the house. We had gotten a different type that I hated due to kinking.
