Just Lovely! Healthy & easy!
Beautiful book, great looking recipes, bought for myself but so nice I gave as a Christmas gift!! Then I bought another one for myself!!!! Was going to just take pics of recipes I wanted, but too many good ones! Healthy recipes - much needed & thankful for - and fructose mal friendly!! Wow! Brief comments/ stories about recipes is charming & helpful, pretty pics too! Just wish conversions were there (to cups etc - uses weight based), as well as had to look up some names because we're British - ie rocket (arugula), aubergine (Eggplant), courgette (zucchini)!! Still, highly recommended!

Good Dessert Recipes
I purchased this cookbook because my daughter is needing to follow a FodMap diet and so far I have made desserts and they all have turned out yummy! The measurements are all in metric so I had to do a little research to ensure that I have the proper USA measurement equivalents. This is a good recipe book and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Title doesn't do it justice! This is a cookbook for OVERALL gut health and healthy eating!
This book is an OVERALL cookbook for gut health! The title doesn't do it justice. It offers recipes that can be used for almost ANY gut issue. When she has a dairy ingredient listed, she always lists the alternative. She also has gluten-free alternatives. I love that most of the recipes don't include meat. I feel like this book is just a manual of how to eat well period.

Printing too light
So far I’m loving this book but wish the printing was darker. The print is a dark value of gray. Black would’ve been clearer and easier to read.

I would recommend this book
I bought this book as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, who is vegan with digestive problems. She was ecstatic to receive it. The recipes are truly helping her. There is a very large selection of recipes to pick from. Yes, I would recommend this book.

This book is amazing
Absolutely brilliant. Best cookbook I have laid my hands on in years, especially as its FODMAPS, secondly that it's not filled with egg recipes, and third that every recipe is easy to make. I have cooked all the variations of pancakes, the blueberry jam, the risotto, babganoush, the banana bread (twice!), the carrot cake, the lavender shortbread cookies. All winners! Looking forward to making gnocchi and the lemon & mint loaf. It completely reinspired my love of cooking and baking. Eating well everyday now :)

Should have gotten Kindle edition
The recipes and diet information in this book look really interesting. I just wish I could read it! The selected typeface is very small AND very light. I opted for a physical book to make it easier to cook from, but in this case I should have opted for Kindle so I could increase the font size. Even with reading glasses the type is difficult to read.

Metric Measurements
Written by a lovely British author. That being said, recipes are in the metric system. You can convert but why take time if you need easy and or quick healthy meal.

Clear, easy and fantastic inspirational recipes for Fodmappers - l love this book đź’•
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with IBS (of course!) in 2012. I had actually had gut issues plus all the Chronic Fatigue symptoms for several years prior to that but like so many people, l had a variety of different and unhelpful labels stuck on me until l found a specialised Doctor who really understood what was wrong with me. Committing to the Paleo diet helped a lot but l still had flare ups of gut issues which were more or less debilitating depending on - well, that was the question! Then l came across the Low Fodmap concept fairly recently, read up a lot about it and convinced myself that it might be worth a try. So glad l did, as despite it seeming to be even more restrictive than Paleo it has literally worked wonders for me and l never thought l could feel this well again. I've invested in 4 Fodmap recipe books as l love to cook and it simply isn’t possible to integrate “ready made” or industrial food into a Paleo or Fodmap healthy diet as so much stuff contains horrible ingredients and/or poisonous additives! You can agree or disagree with that last statement but it has proven to be true for me. Now for the review - l simply LOVE this book! Emma has laid it out beautifully, it has the best and most concise explanation of Fodmaps l have come across and best of all, the recipes are mouth watering, straightforward and make life simple, tasty and worth living on the Fodmap diet. Like a number of people l have come across, a few strict weeks on the diet have worked wonders but now l am almost afraid to move into the reintroduction phase in case it all slips away from me which would be devastating after several years of research and the hard work of trial and error plus these weeks on Low Fodmaps to get this far. But then l read how Emma put this reintroduction phase across and it suddenly all seems doable to me. I really can't thank her enough for sharing her story and caring enough to want to help others too. I’ve decided to go for the reintroduction phase very gently and l know that even once l've understood what my own personal worst trigger foods (Fodmaps) are, I'll still keep coming back to Emma's great recipes as quite honestly you could serve them up to anyone, never mention a Fodmap and they'd be none the wiser and probably love your offering! What more can l say? If any of this sounds familiar to you then please don't hesitate to invest in this book as I don't think you’ll regret it. I'm not affiliated in any way with Emma but l am filled with admiration! Thanks Emma 💕

Delicious and Simple Recipes
I cooked my first recipe from Emma's book last night for some friends and it was such a hit! The recipe was simple and easy to cook, and as almost every recipe has a big coloured photo next to it, you know what it is supposed to look like at the end. I cooked the Spinach Pesto Chicken Pasta, which would normally leave me feeling bloated and lethargic from the pasta, but this was not the case after this dish - I was perfectly full but no sign of bloating at all.Although I am not an IBS sufferer, I bought the book as I do have a slight gluten intolerance and after reading Emma's story in the paper I thought I would give it a go. The 'My Story' part of the book simply and clearly explains the whole Low Fodmap diet concept, especially to someone who has never heard of it before. All the recipes sound and look delicious without being too complicated, and it isn't full of obscure ingredients which are impossible to find in your local supermarket, plus you can easily adapt them all to suit your own preferences (I added fresh baby spinach leaves to finish my pasta dish). I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to have a delicious healthy diet.

Fabulous
This book is the answer to an IBS sufferer’s dream. Four days into a low FODMAP elimination plan the recipes deliver variety and above all flavour. In addition the IBS symptoms are vastly reduced. So glad I bought it :)
