DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS - PlayStation 5

It’s good to see Dynasty Warriors still kicking after all these years! This game is fun! I didn’t finish it yet! It’d have been nice to create your own character but they don’t let you. Everything else plays and feels so nice! The sound quality is amazing in my headphones! I’m glad I have it to my collection!

I haven't been able to play as much as I like but this is definitely a departure from all the previous DW/SW games. I will say some skill is needed VS previous releases instead of somewhat mindless hack and slash a million yellow turbans. Interested in finding out MC backstory and character development

This game can be a power trip at time. Meaning you feel unbeatable until someone shows up to remind you where you are on the pecking order. Solid entry to the series for new fans and old.

I wasn't convinced this game should of been $70, but I'm a fan when it comes to the Dynasty Warriors. I started playing this game since DW 5. The battle history so far is from the Yellow Turbans through The Battle of Chibi. Game mechanics are better, original story telling was normal from previous versions, & actually facing a huge army does feel YOU ARE facing a large army. Weakest points are the new protagonist with no compelling character traits and admittedly boring talking scenes which reference cooler things happening off screen. Wish there was more customization for your main character. I'd suggest reading more reviews until YOU are satisfied to say if you want to have this on your shelf or not. Don't forget there's a DEMO on Steam Powered if you ever want to try it out yourself before considering getting the game.

Great way to reimagine an entire series. The character development in the interaction. Will bring you back to play through multiple times.

I am totally disappointed in the condition of the package. The game case was shattered and it was in a thin cardboard envelope. You would expect a company as large as Amazon would at least ship in a bubble envelope to prevent this. Will definitely look elsewhere before buying from them again. The game itself worked and was good.
