this thing rocks. I'm putting it to the test, it's been outside for 2 or 3 years now and it looks ... a little dirty? great durability

Love it, it’s pretty heavy and it reduce sound significantly, I attached it with the zip tie it comes with on my balcony, as I lived on the a busy street, it does help on reducing noise! However, its pretty pricey with the size.

I bought this to muffle the sound of my neighbors heat pump. he has allowed me to place a barrier around it and then we attached the blanket on the 2 sides facing my house. Incredible drop in sound. I now have 2 and I am going to attach them together and hang them over the 2 sides. will see if that makes it almost silent. very impressed with product.

Sound barrier aesthetic is nice , sound reduction minimal though for neighbors pool pump, since sound travels over product .

I guess this is really my fault not looking more closely at the pictures of this product. I purchased one panel to hang on my patio to dampen the sound of my neighbor's A/C compressor. Foolish me thinking that it was actual fake ivy when it is just really a picture of ivy on the plastic. I know the description says temporary but seeing that I live in an are where we run our A/C almost year round I had planned on leaving it up. PLEASE pay attention to the pictures as their company label is laminated into the ivy picture along the top in large lettering.

This is not versatile. Feels like a stiff weighted blanket but a crash mat. Hubby thought this would be better as a sleeping pad. One tile is not enough to muffle AC. On the way outside I covered the washing machine as it was pouring water and the high rand sound were muffled. I think there are lighter materials to dampen sound. Ordered 2 of these and they are hanging on a fence near two 4 ton AC units. They have helped with noise reduction.
