Purchase this for my son’s birthday. Why did you choose this product over others?: I pick this brand of air fryer because It’s within my budget. Feedback from my son: It’s easy to operate without having to read the manual. Food was able to cook evenly and perfect for a one person capacity. Ease of use: This is 5L air fryer and the viewing window make is easy to check on the food without having to open and close the door/draw. Versatility: Also, it can bake, grill, roast etc and can tailor made your desire cooking outcome. Value for money: Good value for money Timer: With build in timer which can be increase or decrease according to ensure it does not over or undercook. Ease of cleaning: Cleaning is straight forward, soak in water with a touch of washing up liquid and oil and debris comes off easily with minimal of effort. Functionality: Overall, this air fryer’s functionality of all the above mentioned is excellent and reliable performance. To date, it is still in good functioning condition.

I’ve been using the Midea Compact 2L Air Fryer for a few weeks now, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. I've used it for everything from crispy chips and chicken wings to vegetables and even reheating leftovers, all with consistently great results. The 12 preset menus make cooking incredibly simple. Even if you're new to air frying, you can just select a preset and let the fryer do the work. It takes the guesswork out of cooking and saves time during busy days. Cleaning is another huge plus. This thing is bloody brilliant, I cannot recommend this enough for a small kitchen and the device has times labeled on it to tell you what it recommends you cook different dishes at and which temperatures to use. Food packaging does this too, but it is still nice to have! Cook time is fantastic and reasonable. The device is easy to clean, plus, it fits well in a small'ish space. And, has all the heating temperatures that you'd generally need to prepare most common meals. And when going by the correct temps and timings, food is cooked properly and thoroughly. Taste is great and no oil needed. A lot of the time it cooks food well so that quite a few things don't even need turning over halfway, though, there are some things that will do, of course. For the price and size I really recommend this. Take all precautions to use these properly and safely, give it space and good ventilation and don't be a div with it and all will be fine. I think it was about 35 quid or something and definitely worth the price. Though it is for smaller kitchens, and if you have the space, perhaps get a bigger one with more capacity or drawers as you are limited here by capacity due to its space-saving size.

I am really impressed with how compact this little air fryer is! I bought the 2l one specifically for our caravan and it's ideal! There's only 2 of us so this works just great. At only 2.3kg and being so compact it easily stows away for our trips. At sale price of £16 it was a no brainier!

This is a great little air fryer. It’s perfect for smaller portions, though we managed to get two portions of chips in there. It’s nothing fancy but that’s exactly what we were after. It is well worth it for the price too, really good value.

Nice and simple to use . I like the dial . Minutes and temperature ( EASY ) . Pleased with the cooked chicken and the asparagus it cooked . It has a vast array with temperature and time recommendations . I.e Fish - Meat -Cakes etc No fuss and easy to use . I should have bought larger capacity though ! I would recommend 40 Litre capacity instead .

The large capacity is perfect for family meals — I can cook a whole chicken, fries, or multiple portions at once without overcrowding. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly with a nice crispy finish while using much less oil. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the build quality feels solid. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus after daily use. After a short first-use burn-in, it works perfectly with no issues. Overall, great value for the size and performance. I’d definitely recommend this air fryer to anyone looking for a powerful, spacious, and reliable model.

I had very high expectations for this Air-fryer. I bought the 7L one for my Mother -in -Law last Christmas and it was a blast!!! I was really impressed by it and decided to buy this one even when I already had a working airfryer with 2 drawers but decided to buy this in order to be able to grill a full chicken but I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED! The pan is too shallow! It basically did not fit the chicken.I removed the strainer but it still did not work.I eventuly went back to using our oven. The whole objective of this purchase is defeated!
