Fantastic drink
I always use this as my intra-workout drink during my weightlifting sessions, and basketball games. It mixes very well so you don't get clumps, and it tastes great (strawberry and kiwi). Highly recommended. I feel great when I take this drink, I don't feel too sore after my sessions and I feel like I can keep up with my workout/ game sessions consistently without feeling drained or fatigued. Placebo, who knows, but I want to say that the drink plays some part in my performance.

Compré este BCAA y me ha gustado mucho. El sabor fresa y kiwi es agradable, no empalaga y se disuelve muy bien en agua. Lo uso durante los entrenamientos y siento que ayuda a mantener la energía y reducir la fatiga.

Improve your workouts, push your limits
I use it before training, 20 or 30 min before training. It helps me alot, I can workout with more weight. And I can complete my workout without feeling tired. It also helps me to not fell so hard the pain after workout. Great product. With this product you feel at the end of workout strong and that you've done your best, maximum.
