Excellent quality
Great value. These bands are very well made and heavy duty. The handles and clips that come with them seem to be really good quality and the grips are large and comfortable. I have three other band sets from other manufacturers and this is by far my favorite.

Perfect alternative to the gym
Love these bands. Excellent alternative to get a workout in when I can't get to the gym.

Awesome
Great quality, I am 58 so I use weights and bands to prevent injury and joint problems. These bands are strong and with right combo are just as effective as weights for most exercises. Strongly recommended

This set can grow with me as I improve
As a newcomer to resistance bands, this set is perfect for me. There are six bands that are stackable, allowing me to increase resistance as I improve. They seem well-made, and the handles are comfortable. I also appreciate that the ankle straps are foam-lined for added comfort. The set comes with its own carrying bag, which is convenient if I want to take the bands outside. Additionally, the included workout training guide is helpful for finding specific muscle workouts. The ability to attach the bands to doors using the door anchor is a great feature, and the door is protected by heavy foam to prevent damage.

Only lasted 5 months
Well one lasted 5 months (being used 2 times per week for resistance workouts). One snapped while I was doing overhead shoulder press and left a pretty nice welt on my tricep. Not at all impressed with the quality at this point. Need to search for a different alternative.

Be careful of it breaking
They work good until they don't, the 75lb had no signs of damage and broke mid workout snapping against my body very hard breaking skin, the 55lb already has a tear as well and has me now worried it will do the same
