Pros : 1. High back with HEADREST makes comfortable for sitting 2. Height can be adjusted smoothly. 3. Light material (fibre) used + good quality mesh at the back with spine rest 4.SUPER SMOOTH base (NYLON and not METAL) with least amount of friction. 5.SUPER SMOOTH 360 degree rotation Cons : The only drawback that I experienced is its back cannot be adjusted according to your convenience although a small amount of tilt can be achieved with spring provided at the bottom front part of the chair --------- But overall I found the chair to be best at this price (5k) according to my need. Customer service is fabulous and the team supported me while I was facing even smallest issue related to the chair Thank you APEX CHAIRS and AMAZON...GREAT DEAL !

Update (16-Dec-2019) Two days back the chair again started giving problem. Lot of noise. When seated, it was tilting towards left and right. Felt like I will fall anytime. Eventually the screws which locks the gas chamber rod came out and luckily I was not seating on it that time. Finally called the local repair guy and I had to completely replace the below titling assembly, new screws and bolts etc. Costed couple of bucks within 3 months of this chair. So it's definitely not good chair. I am going to avoid Furniture purchase from online including Amazon. Update (19-Oct-2019) Around 15-Oct-2019, I called Apex Customer Care number (9811001822) and complained about my problem. The customer care number is mentioned on Apex Industries page on Amazon and not on product page. So go look there. The attendant asked me to upload a video of a problem to the same WhatsApp number which I did. The next day, I received a call from their engineer who understood my problem by looking at the videos I uploaded. He immediately shipped me new set of wheel base and 4 sets of new wheels along with the explanatory video to remove existing base and re-install the new one. Today (19-Oct-2019), I received the same shipment and I could re-install the base and it seems my problem is fixed now. Wheels are rotating properly and chair right side inclination alignment issue seems to be gone. Note: They did NOT charge me anything for this new wheel base and new set of wheels. I am now extremely happy with their post-update services. Keep it up Apex team. Thank you very much. ---------------------------- Update (2nd Oct 2019):- The chair has become uneven, the left side part is higher than right side part. so, whenever I sit now, the chair is tilted which is not comfortable at all ---------------------------- older:- Received the chair just now and writing this review sitting on top of it. The amazon delivery is as always great. The box came with 4 separate parts and a small toolkit. The parts include the wheel base, gas kit with three cup shaped covers, chair base and chair back. The small toolkit contains L shaped screw driver and Nut tightener. I looked at the YouTube video on Apex Chair channel and could fix the chair. However, when trying to fix the back of the chair, I faced bit of difficulty as the position of the bolts and the holes on the back were not matching perfectly so I had to hammer them a little bit to bring them into a position where the back of the chair then fixes perfectly and I could tighten up the nuts provided. That took me almost 20 mins of sweaty efforts. The chair is comfortable, wheels are sturdy and can be moved 360 easily. The support is great everywhere around the neck, the back and joint. The arms are fixed but wide giving good comfortable position to rest. Overall it's a great deal for me.

I'm using this chair for a while (4+ months) so I think it's good time to review it. I don't know why so much bad reviews on this chair. Pros- 1. ASSEMBLY - It's really easy to assemble *IF TWO PERSON IS THERE* it took me and my father 1 hour to assemble it. 2. DISASSEMBLY- Took me *only me got no help from papa ;_; this time* 30 mins 3. COMFORT - it's nice, comfortable I studied 6 hours continuesly but after that tail bone hurts a bit. 4. DESIGN - Trust me it's a beautiful chair suits in my room. 5. NECK REST - it's top notch. 6. GOOD QUALITY MESH - I'm kinda surprised by the quality of mesh for back rest. Cons - 1. Paint job in this chair is worst a little nail scratch can remove it's paint *but you can buy high quality glass paint and paint it yourself* 2. Stiff it's really stiff tilt a bit *seriously a bit little bit* (but doesn't bother cause it's comfortable) 3. Noise are noticable when you get up or sit down *Doesn't bother for me cause it's way cheaper than others* Overall - I recommend this for budget people. I'm a cassual gamer too, so good budget chair for gamers.

The chair is strudy and very much comfortable. Also, it is easy to assemble. It is been 11 months since I bought the chair. It is still good and intact. I use it daily for more than 10 hours. After 3000 hours of usage, the centre iron plate is cracked. But I got the free replacement immediately. Also, the customer support is really good. The warranty claims are very easy and simple. It is enough to send an email and they called me and sent the replacement spare part immediately.

1. Product support is top notch. 2. Chair performance is very smooth and satisfying. 3. Cushion and mesh quality is good too. 4. Paint quality is average but the overall build quality is good if you use "carefully". 5. Pricing of the chair is soo much affordable.

The iron plate below the seat broke out, started developing a crack in just 2 weeks of usage. The gas lift was not working from day one. Assemble instruction was total confusion. We need to go youtube to check out the assembly. And somehow we managed to assemble it perfectly, but in just 2 weeks chair started tilting one side, and also the bottom plat started crack. In about 3 weeks, 2 of its wheels got broken. Used it as plastic chair for 4-5 months and than to throw it out in garbage. Its a total waste product.

awesome product with good quality also there is support of all like back side hand support and head support previously i was not sitting for long hours other chairs but once i purchased this one i was more comfortable and sit more time thanks to savvy for manufacturing this product
