Strong and work well
These are great, a bit tricky getting them in the exact spot but they work well.

Good
This is a solid plastic set of massagers. I've been using the small ball for my plantar, and while I'm not feeling any actual relief yet, my feet feel very refreshed after.There is no give in these balls, so if you're expecting something like a strong rubber with a bit of give you'll be disappointed.I'm very happy with them and will continue using them.

Getting blood circulation going
I often get chilblains on my hands in winter and I bought these to help with getting better circulation in my hands. They feel like they're helping. The proof will be in a few months when the cold weather starts. I'll update this review then

Hard and uncomfortable
Picture does not show that these are made of very hard tranlucent plastic. Possibly these might be of some benefit, but too painful to find out.

Massage balls
I suffer from plantar fasciitis so ordered these. You get sent 2 massage balls. The actual ball is ok but needs a bit of moving around to hit the right spot but the peanut shaped one is perfect to just roll back and forth. I did find them a bit painful at first so I wore socks but my feet felt good afterwards.
